The microSD variant is a Lite-shell, and can only be used in a DS Lite.The miniSD variant is the size of a GBA cart, a natural fit for a GBA or DS Fat. The fullsize SD variant is a little larger, sticking out of any device a little bit. No, it doesn't - I use this (which reads all sizes of SD without an adapter). Also, my laptop and printer both have built-in SD slots. Most digital cameras do as well, and virtually all microSD and miniSD cards come with an adapter to make it fit in a fullsize SD slot. Short answer: Yes Long answer: M3 and G6 do not have this feature. There is a Supercard variant that does. However, the Supercard Rumble is basically a slot 2 cart that acts like a slot 1 cart - they took the necessary hardware for GBA out to make room for the motor. Hope I helped.

Disclaimer: Piracy is evil!!!!!! If you want both DS and GBA, only a slot 2 cartridge will work. I use an M3 Perfect (and I have the lite microSD variant). It's the best out there if you want everything. Sure, you need to patch DS games, but firmware updates are frequent and comprehensive when needed. I've never had a game not work a week or so after it's released and normally new games work right off the bat. Homebrew works fine, both .nds and .ds.gba. Unlike the Supercard, gba games run at full speed. Saving is seamless - the games save as normal and it gets backed up to the flash every boot. Never had any gba incompatibilities. It's expensive, but it's the best. Now, if you'd rather have built-in flash for some reason (highest model has 1 gigabyte I believe .. maybe even 512MB) the G6 is made by the same company and does the same thing. Some other slot-2 cards are "almost as good" but generally have pretty big flaws. Supercard is the only one that comes close and it has problems with a lot of GBA games. Slot 1 cards are cheaper and don't need games to be patched but do not do GBA at all. You will need a Passme to use a slot 2 card, at least until you flash it (which requires the passme to do so you're buying one if you go slot-2). Passcard 3 works. Superkey works. Basically anything with "3" in it works. Avoid the Max media launcher as it has problems with sleep mode. Aside from that they're pretty much all the same. The sole function of the passme is to boot a slot 2 card.

I've gotta ask one more time. Does anyone know where the hell I can host a php+sql database with phpmyadmin for free, with no ads, and no significant downtime? I seem to have the worst luck in this department.

65gb disappoints! Less than a week after I migrated the database to 65gb.com, 65gb.com got HACKED, erasing all data, and then BOUGHT OUT. Lucky for you, I keep backups. I have *ONCE AGAIN* migrated the database to a new host. All codes up through the ones added on June 27 have been restored to the new, new location. I don't think there will be another redesign. The Lite is fine as is. The original DS needed it though. And if there is one, I'm keeping my lite anyway.

I'm pretty good with bowser in melee. I beat a peach expert 1v1 5stock with bowser on final destination. I wonder how his moves will change for Brawl. I hope some of the melee moves (down b, forward b, up smash, to name a few) stay, but a lot of his aerial stuff could use a change.

None at all. I do a complete scan about once a month (any av software can do this) that NEVER finds anything. No active scanning, no background processes, ever, period. Being a CS major (and you really don't need to be) I can smell malware a mile away. That, and I keep my software updated (regardless of operating system) and I don't need software to scan everything. Instead of bothering yourself with av, bother yourself to do backups. It's a much better paranoia than av in that if something catastrophic happens to HARDWARE *or* software you can recover. In the past decade my family, who aside from me knows very little about computers, has gotten one virus capable of erasing data, a fuckton of adware, a failed hard drive, an exploding power supply that fried the hard drive, 2 other failed power supplies that didn't take data with it, 2 failed video card, a failed cpu fan, 2 failed motherboards. Backups, backups, backups. AND DON'T BUY THE CHEAP HARDWARE.

Based on the composer list, he's been rushing music drafts out the door. From the composers listed on the page, the final game should have absolutely amazing music compared to what we've heard so far.

Wow, what a shitty box art. Look at the visor on the face in the upper left. Dark Samus in prime 2 was dumb looking enough with its 3-pointed visor going so far down, but this one looks like it's melting off. So stupid looking. The corrupted mirror image is no better. As you said, arm cannon on left arm for the lulz. Samus's suit in pastel colors wtf? Also the mirror image has pointier knees and it looks like it has cables coming out of the arm cannon. The red/blue auras suck too Also look in the lower right corner. Corrupted or not, that should be planet, not stars. Dumb dumb dumb. There is NOTHING good about this boxart.

Bike move looks so damn annoying. Bikejacking looks fun.

It seems they don't allow external image hotlinking. Does my sig image show up when you click http://drack.65gb.com/images/triclyde.png ? If not, does it show up when you paste into the url bar? If you see if after pasting into url bar but not clicking before that, external image hotlinking is disabled. It looks like I can't change that either, as the chmod they give me only goes up to 770, but to allow hotlinking it needs to go to 777 (1111mb defaulted to and was hardwired to 777 - I may keep my account with them just to host my sig image!) Something to think about if you host with them. You'd think with 65GB of monthly bandwidth you wouldn't care if someone hotlinks your images, or would at least have a setting to enable it. EDIT: My sig image shows in my sig now because I did just that - everything is on 65gb.com now except my sig image just cause of hotlinking.
