  1. Noisia is the awesomes. Haven't had time to sit down and listen to the soundtrack yet, but it's in my Spotify list. Can't wait to hear it. EDIT: Quantify this and maybe you won't come off all pretentious, eh?
  2. I'm completely okay with unbridled praise directed at the One Hour Conquistadors. Just saying.
  3. Thanks guys! And yeah, don't feel bad about putting a 0 in the pay field--I just want you to have and enjoy the music!
  4. Bumping this for the evening crowd!
  5. Alright, I went ahead and released it because I didn't want to wait any longer. It's out! Artists who contributed include bLiNd, DjjD (Jakesnke17), Ben Briggs, halc, JR (TheGuitahHeroe), and Hollidayrain. SO MUCH OF MY LOVE TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED.
  6. I'm gonna have to buy a 3DS of some sort, now, aren't I? Bother, I didn't want to have to give up my good ol' DS Lite. Ah well, looks like it's gonna be a really nice-looking game.
  7. I really think we should allow SliceX as well, since it's included with the Producer edition, but that's just my $0.02.
  8. Do we have two weeks to vote, because of MAG?
  9. Basically what Neblix said.
  10. I tend to work quickly, or at least I have the ability to do so. Messaged you, Simon!
  11. Aww, what the heck. I may regret this with school starting up, but I'll go ahead and sign up. Caveat: Novices, you'll get MUCH better use out of me if you own FL Studio 10.
  12. Look into using a multi-out patch. I'm sure Kontakt can do this, but since I don't own it I couldn't walk you through doing it. Basically, you can select each part of the drum set as going through a separate channel--hopefully someone else more familiar with this scenario than I am can chime in.
  13. Hey man, I gotta say I really appreciate your putting the time in to review every track on the DKC3 album. If you're looking to learn a bit more about electronic genres, this is as good a place as any to start. It's a bit outdated, but you'll get mostly everything up through about 2004 or so, I'd say. http://techno.org/electronic-music-guide/

  14. Is there any way to download everyone's FLPs, as well? I want to see how people made what I'm listening to. EDIT: Never mind, I'm a dummy.
  15. I have EWQL Platinum Plus, and I've really loved what I've been able to use thus far. Just my $0.02.
  16. Going with the menu theme from the original Rayman.
  17. Don't know if this would help at all or not, but a lot of people at one of my workplaces used these: http://www.amazon.com/Evoluent-Vertical-Mouse-Right-Handed/dp/B00427TAIK
  18. Soundgoodizer is allowed, right? It's an included freebie.
  19. I think you can embed a playlist using Soundcloud as well, and that should alleviate the problem of multiple boxes. Bandcamp is great, too.
  20. What about SliceX? That's included, right? At least Fruity Slicer should be allowed, shouldn't it?
  21. According to Image-Line's site, Wasp, Wasp XT, DX10, DrumSynth Live and SimSynth Live are all included with the Fruity edition. Synthmaker is included with the Producer edition. What are we going off of? http://www.image-line.com/documents/editions.html?t=3%20%20%20[Products/FL%20Studio/Editions]
  22. Oh, it's certainly allowed. The problem with a lot of the new, cinematic soundtrack stuff is that (a) it's really complex, ( it's already heavily arranged, and © there's no way to do it other than by ear, i.e. there usually aren't any easily-accessible MIDI files. A remix of a modern soundtrack song would probably focus in on one single part, and then expand on that a bit. Heck, I think I could do an entire album just from the first track of the Starcraft II OST.
  23. Aha! I remember this one very well, too. It's actually been in regular rotation for a while for me. I remember signing off on this one in the workshop, and I'm really pleased to see it hit the front page and be shared with the rest of the world!
  24. Heck yeah! I remember when this passed through the workshop, and I absolutely loved it back then. XPRTNovice has been bringing some fantastic tunes through there, so I'm really glad to see this posted. It's one of those tunes you can't help but love, since it's so cheery.
