*Blasts Imagery with the Mega Buster* Stop saying words.
-
Woah, a post where Atmuh and I agree! That's a rare sight! Goes to show just how good of a game KSS really is...
-
^Exactly. + He likes to troll.
-
inaftergenerichalohatred I'm definitely looking forward to this. Finally get to see earth before it got royally trashed!
-
Don't bother. So far, they're selling the game short. (Except 1up.com gave it an A-)

This is a pretty sweet ad for the game: http://www.youtube.com/experiencewii

I've experienced the same depth perception problem myself. Didn't stop me from liking the game. -
Oops, thanks.

Well then I guess...you were in...the wrong mind...or something... Anyways...Bionic Commando: Rearmed and Castle Crashers -
I'm sorry, did I break some unwritten rule that puts cartoons on the "uncriticize-able" list? Or does it make me "nerdy"?! (I hate friggen idiots who think like the latter.)
-
But the question is: Sooner by spending my money, or later, by mooching off my sister?
-
Bleck, hating popular things doesn't make you popular--or likable, for that matter. If, for some bizarre reason you genuinely don't like Mega Man 9, but you like the other ones...I refuse to believe you.
-
Like you can talk... At least I've never suffered an embarrassing banishment/suspension. But I'm not interested in making comparisons... I mentioned quality of plots and depth of humor. Both can be seen objectively (but aren't limited to it). Foster's disappointed in both areas, from that viewpoint. But it's cool if you don't agree. I'll argue objectivity if you wanna go there. If not, no prob!
-
I don't know if I'm gonna pick this up soon with my own cash, or if I'm just going to create a file on my sister's copy when she gets it for her birthday on october 18. Can you see the greed in my eyes?
-
Don't talk down to me. I've heard that speech plenty of times. You know what your problem is? You're completely glossing over the topic of objectivity. What my point has been, is that Foster's is, objectively speaking, a mediocre show at best, and doesn't deserve to be fiercely defended. Liking the show more or less than someone else has nothing to do with it.
-
Aw frick!!! Eh, that's okay, I guess. I'm this close to beating Majora's Mask, and Gamefly just sent me The Force Unleashed. Aw bull crap! That just might force me onto the Wii version. I think the same thing happened with Sonic 1 and 2, and I couldn't stand how they looked on the 360.
-
True, except for things like The Venture Bros, or some of the great episodes in Futurama, or Samurai Jack, or other such gems. When I see people crapping their pants over something unworthy like Foster's...I've gotta say something...
-
I'm waiting to see if the Xbox 360 version is as good. Then I'll decide between it and the Wii version tomorrow...But I already have 1030 microsoft points...

Fosters is one thing, but Triple E is hard to hate. Can somebody please tell me what makes Fosters so original, other than the imaginary friend thing? How is the humor anything deeper than slapstick, bathroom gags and 30 year old sitcom plots translated for the modern generation?

Well, then they're fricking retarded, and dead wrong. That's never worked on me or anybody I know. But it's annoyed all of us! Then the joke's on them. Who in their right mind is going to stick around and watch all that crap after the main and only attraction is finished? Only the "boredest" of the bored would do something like that... -
Funny, because you've got it bass ackwards. The show was hardly funny, completely unoriginal, didn't utilize the source material half as well as it should have, and horribly repetitive. Compared to Samurai Jack, Triple E, Dexter's Lab, or even the PPGs, Foster's is garbage. Of course, there's no accounting for personal taste, so whatever... Neko, you can't read. Hang your head in shame.

Are You Serious?! Are you really going to ignore the loads of better animation options and call this mild attention grabber THE BEST CARTOON?!?!? Bloo was a friggen' annoying jerk, Cheese was a complete retard. Mac had zero personality, and so did the entire cartoon, it's cast, and every voice actor who had the misfortune of working on it! And I'd know, I watched the movies and several seasons. It was a pathetic waste of time, at best. Frick, some people have no taste...How about you mention something like The Venture Brothers? Then maybe people could take you seriously!

Oh no, Ben made a long, drawn out joke instead of a quick one. I do believe the world is going to collapse upon itself. It's simply unheard of for comedy to take an unexpected turn in an effort to generate NEW humor...>_< Come on...It was pretty funny, and who gives a frick if it was different from his usual quips?! People are really taking it too seriously... But the ads in the beginning do genuinely tick me off. Having them at the end was one thing. Do they honestly think that because I saw their crappy game for 10 seconds before the review, now I'm going to go out and buy a copy?! That's crappy marketing if I ever say it! -
Wow Strike. Your logic baffles me... Whaddya mean, that's it? We're talking about an electronic gaming device that detects your physical movement and replicates it in real virtual time! Except for the Power Glove, that kind of thing has never been done before! You don't seem to take it seriously enough, to give it that kind of simple dismissal. There is is again! "but that's it." It seems Super Mario Galaxy passed you by... A sad truth. I agree with you on that. Way to forget/ignore all of Brawl's achievements... Another point I agree with. Yet I don't identify with your grossly high standards. Um, Twilight Princess was highly realistic. It was just a small step below AC's realism. What game were you looking at? And not only that, but at the time, people were craving an OOT-like Zelda. Don't remember all the fans begging miamoto (sp?) about it? Thankfully, he provided it for them. Granted it wasn't exactly as good as OOT/MM, but it was a close third for sure! It provided many new gaming elements and clever level design. But I also think the dungeon items could have been better utilized once the dungeon was completed (like the spinner and that staff that could animate statues). Another point I agree with. But it seems to me that your standards are placed impossibly high. No gaming company is ever going to satisfy you.
