I was waiting for someone to echo my negative feelings. In particular, I think playing the Wii version of RE4 has hopelessly spoiled me. Using controls sticks was torture for me! The loss in accuracy caused me no end of trouble. Everything is much more difficult, and not in that good kind of challenging way. The change in item-management is quite disappointing. I simply loved the micro-management of the RE4 suitcase! Where did it go? Heck, not only did I used to stack items according to space, but I even used to arrange them in a certain order and section! It used to be so charming... And the forced co-op...[insert charlie brown "UGH!!!!" here]. I absolutely despise having a second character to worry about. The sections in RE4 with the president's daughter were not enjoyable for me, so seeing that become a touted facet of the new game is frustrating to say the least. Yeah, yeah, Sheva's much more useful than Ashley, but she still isn't the main character, and she creates a much more stressful dynamic. I like to play my games alone. No tag-alongs, no problem! I thought the knife used to be better too...? I'm renting this, and that's about it.

Old, but very good. I really hope ep. 2 comes out eventually!

OIC. (Maybe you should have said that first...) Since this is an Arcade thread, how does everybody feel about The Maw? The trial was pretty fun, IMO. It seemed like a cross between Katamari Damacy and Kirby (which is an amazing combo). Just not sure if it's worth the points or not.

You're missing stuff like Mega Man 9, Geometry Wars 2, Bionic Commando: Rearmed, Pac Man World Championship Edition, Banjo Kazooie...and I can't think of anything else. Are any of those up your alley?

Ugh. I don't understand why it's getting so popular to bash Shia. I think he's a rather capable actor, and I don't really see why he's catching any flak for his roles...

Yes, the text is fixed. I also found the Saucer of Peril challenge to be one of the hardest in the game, especially it's TT trophy. And it's not because it was legitimately difficult (it was only legitimately semi-difficult). The controls were far too sensitive, causing me to screw up with even tiny touches to the control stick. It's something Rare could've afforded to fine-tune before release. Oh well, it was only a moderate headache, and now I've got that game completely finished, minus some multiplayer achievements that I'll never have the dedication to get.

Sword, I somewhat relate to what you're saying. While I don't have a PS3 or a gaming quality PC, I've experienced Xbox and Wii memory problems. Although I've gotten used to toting my hard drive around with me to my friends' house, it still makes me nervous. What if I accidentally drop my xbox bag? What if it gets squished in the trunk of my car? I'm not saying that I'm not careful, (I definitely am), but its very stressful. With the Wii, I got pretty ticked when I couldn't copy my Brawl profile. I go back and forth between my mom's house and my dad's house on a regular basis, and bringing the Wii itself wasn't an option. So having to run thru Sub-Space Emissary twice was an unnecessary pain in the neck! Quite aggravating. Memory cards were much easier to deal with...let me tell ya!

I doubt that anyone cares, but fyi, I'm still watching these, even if I'm not commenting about them here. I'm just quite far behind, so yeah!

I find this infuriating.

PS3 isn't the gaming system it would have you believe it is. I honestly believe you will regret purchasing it. No matter the type of game you're interested in, you're much better off with Xbox 360. I loved the PS2 during it's time, but Sony really lost their way during this generation. Meanwhile, Microsoft and Nintendo stepped in. I'm willing to hope that Sony can pull their act together in time, but time is almost up, and they haven't done well so far.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Yes, the whole thing. A very close second would be beating Majora's Mask for the second time. Hadn't played it for a long time before then.

Game and Watch Collection?! HECK YEAH!!! I loved those games back in the day when they re-released them on the Game Boy! But I can't find my old copies anymore. This'll fix that! I've just gotta come up with 800 points somehow...

I would really suggest you go with the DS (preferably, a lite version). I own one. There are more, and better games. I would know, as I used to own a PSP as well. I had it for less than a year, and it saw about 2 weeks worth of use in that amount of time. Heck, most of that was MP3 usage. Now, my DS saw much, much more use during that time. There are so many fantastic titles like Contra 4, Mariokart DS, Animal Crossing WW, Kirby Superstar Ultra, Super Mario 64 DS, New Super Mario Bros., Warioware Touched, Sonic Rush (and it's sequel), and many more games that I don't care about, but you probably do. You can count the PSP's good games on one hand. Seriously, go for Nintendo's beautiful little machine! It's cheaper too! Also, Game Boy Advance games.

I forgot to mention how much I liked this. Yahtzee and co. have my full support.

Wow, truly disappointing. I loved TS2 and 3. Is there absolutely no hope for the 4th one?

I put this down about a month ago. Challenge 52 made me put the controller down. I wanted to cut someone into little pieces after trying that challenge over and over x 50... It's still a great game tho.

There's also a very Mario-esque castle. I've been steeped in this game, and love it as well. You should see the creations people make...Some are quite fascinating...

A game is only scary when you are all alone. Couple that with the fact that Sheva is just as deadly as Chris is, and this game will be even less scary than the last one!

In the interview Gameinformer conducted with Bioware, they said that they made sure that the other classes were just as fun and unique.
