Part of the problem is that not only are the speakers emmiting similiar pitches at that range, but so do the monitors and the computer itself.

I'm 25, been a musician my whole life (concerts and whatnot), and listen to music with headphones. 17K freakin hurt my head so bad. I'll try it with the headphones next... Sorry for the delay. The results are posted! Stay tuned for the next round! It did finish. It also happened to be Easter weekend, which sucked up my free-time. The next round comes when I get the theme idea from the winner and take a short rest to recover myself for all the coding that comes after. So, roughly a week.
