  1. Totally just looked for a like button after reading that. So...this is me...seconding that. Like-button-lite. Amirite?
  2. Wow. Submission required. For the good of humanity. Absolutely rockin' (groovin') from sexy beginnin' to totally radical end, man. I downloaded it now. Saves me the wait for it to go up on the front page.
  3. That is the pinnacle of musical transcription. Beethoven, eat your heart out.
  4. Wish I knew, but somehow having both is superior to just one standing alone. Think of the tunes like the Marowak at the top of the tower. Remember how sad it was? It wants a friend. THIS. IS. ITS. FRIEND. You wouldn't hurt that Marowak, would you?
  5. I was wondering if anyone could combine these two songs into one. I've been listening to them side-by-each all night now; it's soothing and...well...you see what you think. I'd be much obliged!
  6. Chrono Trigger, I think. If you hit someone during certain points, they'd get a free session on your ass with some uber-death-mega-win-ray 5000.
  7. No, it's a quote, dude. When you wrote it, I thought it was the funniest thing ever, so I went with it.

  8. Ambience out the ass here. Absolutely screams of a smokey London wine bar, filled with light chatter, fine cigars, and the clinking of glasses, set against a wood-paneled backdrop. Oh, yes, I dig. I really hope Mr. Bornstein keeps it up.
  9. This song does not exist. I've heard it twenty-five thousand-million-umptillian times, and I have gotten to the point where I have deleted it from memory forever.
  10. I'm not sure why the commercial ends on that...I don't think I want to play it anymore.
  11. All of us'll be thinkin' of ya, man. Thanks for everything (including but not limited to your hard work with Serious Monkey Business). Stay safe, stay awesome, and may the forces of evil become confused on the way to your house. Er...barrack.
  12. Nope, makes two of us. Then again, it has to compete with NMH, which is one of my favourite storylines of ever due to its constant quirk factor. I imagine it would stand okay on its own, but I didn't like the contrast made between it and the original NMH. On record, though, Travis Touchdown is one of my all-time favourite characters.
  13. Oh man. Now why would anyone nostalgia that? If it ended like that (i.e: Master Chief says 'are you ready? Then let's kick so-' and then THE END appeared just like that, it would kick infinities of asses.
  14. I know its controversial amongst Halo fans, but I've never seen or played to the end of Halo 2's ending. One friend told me it's awesome and that it sets everything up for Halo 3; the other told me that it's preachy and corny as all hell. Thoughts?
  15. Never played it, but Ghostbusters for the NES. http://sydlexia.com/imagesandstuff/nes_quotes_you_should_know/ghostbusters_end.png If you're gonna do a one-screen pile-o-poop ending, at least make it legible.
  16. This. What a letdown. Also, the 'final boss' was ass. What kind of game lets you coerce the final boss to just go away?
  17. The ending to Metroid always pissed me off. That one screened "Great! You saved everything! But the Other Metroid may be coming..." followed by the "big reveal" that Samus is a woman. The effect may have just worn off with time, but those one-screen endings always struck me as super-lazy.
  18. I'm not gonna name any names, but a lot of people here haven't named names yet for all that other named business. Also, yeah - OCR kicks ass.
  19. Maybe under the 'Music' header? Where it says 'Songs', it currently has 'list all songs: alphabetically - most ReMixes'. I'unno - just a thought.
  20. That's disappointing. Upon thinking about it, wouldn't having something engaging like a game help to teach more effectively? I mean, you can't find two things more polar than a stereotypical boring history lecture (i.e.: the ones I got in university, with only two notable exceptions) and a video game. I'd imagine that, if it was accurate and researched, a video game would be a more effective teacher than 3/4 of the professors I endured.

  21. I don't need an album artist, but I just wanted to say that I love the detail in your work.
  22. Just a quick question:

You mentioned in one of your (fantastic, by the way) videos a game called 6 Days in Fallujah. After Konami bailed on it, is it still publisherless? What about the Nintendo one, with all the nightmares and stuff?

  23. Never heard of this - 'till now. This is awesome! Thanks for sharing and congrats!
  24. Day of the Tentacle...I'm sorry, but that just sounds like tentacle rape porn to me. Then again, if the original was awesome, and it's not about Tentacruel gettin' his game on, I'll give it a shot. Also, lovin' the artists involved here. That is an epic list of musicians. Maybe this should be...an ALBUM.
