  1. One more before I call it a night: Black Wing Metamorphosis from VotL!
  2. Yeah, the community has exploded in recent months when the community figured out vertex hacking. Just take a look at the intro to this recent hacking showcase video: .If you're looking to get further into Brawl hacking, the best place to go is Kitty Corp: Meow Mix. Weird as hell name, but KC-MM is the most professional group of Smash hackers out there.
  3. In the last few months, I've been following the explosion of creativity and progress that's been going on in the world of hacking Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Character hacks have evolved from just changing color palettes to editing polygons and creating whole new characters, new stages, new movesets, and tons more. After spending half a day or so and reading some tutorials on Smashboards, I can now make custom music to replace the tracks in the game. I've got two tracks completed to start, and I'll be posting more here for the community. Brawl Vault Profile Seventh Epic - Pipes goat - Purple Heart Fishy, Sixto Sounds, Steffan Andrews, Suzumebachi, bLiNd, pixietricks, tefnek - Black Wing Metamorphosis Sixto Sounds - Twin Blood Rayza - Green Hill Zone (Euroclub '95 Mix) JigginJonT, Mustin, Nate Cloud, po!, zyko - Murder Your Friends Boogie Mega Ran & K-Murdock - Epoch Entertainment System - Giygas To add the bstrm files in Brawl...search for a guide on YouTube. It is a bit complicated to explain, but with enough work, even a schmuck like me can do it. You don't even necessarily have to use any kind of homebrew to get this stuff up and running. Anyone else on OCR interested in Brawl hacking? Are there any requests for me to turn more OCReMixes into Brawl tracks?
  4. I'm gonna beat Ran to posting this, but one of the bonus tracks has been released: Hero Musik, sampling Zelda II. It's just as good if not better than any of the tracks on the album proper. http://www.hiphoplinguistics.com/underground/2010/06/free-download-mega-ran-k-murdock-hero-musik
  5. http://www.sendspace.com/file/wzhqod Somehow, someway, I was able to find a game rip of the soundtrack. Take a listen, it's only three tracks long, but it's a real hidden gem in the Game Boy's vast library.
  6. As far as Activision games go, I had Pitfall, Kaboom!, Boxing, and Grand Prix on my 2600 as a kid. Getting Activision Anthology on PS2 was a good choice, so many good games to play.
  7. Wrong board, Paco. Edit: But since you're here, what went into making this stuff? Live instruments? Midi, presets, what?
  8. Why am I reading comments on that article saying "Include the Wii as a whole"? Are fanboys really still that stupid?
  9. Ok, this one's not NEARLY as obscure as my last request, but it still isn't that well known. In my opinion, Beetle Adventure Racing is one of the real hidden gems of the N64. It was a racing game (obviously) where all the cars were Volkswagen New Beetles, and it encouraged players to drive off the main path whenever they could to find secret paths and hidden bonuses. Plus, it had a fun as hell multiplayer mode that played like a third person shooter. Anyway, it has some fantastic funky music, and I'm gonna post some of my favorites here, see if anyone's interested. Opening Intro Mount Mayhem Wicked Woods
  10. Pick the box of Cheez-Its up off your floor, you slob. Also, excellent work on the quick beams. That's hard enough to do normally, let alone the dance pad.
  11. I'm download it right now. With me donating to the Humble Indie Bundle yesterday and now free Portal today, I've got a lot of games to keep me busy for a bit.
  12. No, not naive. It's coming out. This year. No excuses. 2012 can eat a weiner.
  13. Not "if at all possible". This year. No excuses. Stops will be pulled.

  15. I'd like this out sometime before the end of all creation. That would be rad.
  16. I once read a GamePro April Fool's article that announced Capcom vs. SNL. As in recurring characters from Saturday Night Live. I would buy that game on day one.
  17. I found a download of the film's OST (get it here), and yeah, other than Protoman and Wily, the rest of the tracks are your standard orchestral film fare. Not to say it's bad (it's from the same composer for MGS: Philanthropy), it's just generic. And as far as EC's comments go, that's interesting that this filmmaker is working on a Ghostbusters project, seeing as how relatively well Mega Man turned out.
  18. Yes. No maybes, no kind of sort ofs, no excuses. AtW will come out this year. Album schedules be damned.
  19. I've been going to Pirates games ever since I was a kid, but today was the first time my family left the stadium early. 11-4 against the Cardinals...just sad.
