It's still delicious but I haven't quite put the condiments in yet... been super stressful, dad had surgery, been working a lot, birthday tomorrow, super depressed. I need to get on the ball though ASAP, but I have some halloween songs due by the 1st / 10th so I'm still kinda held back by deadlines of my own. z_z I sorry for the wait.

Jeez man. I think you should write about some of these people in the ocr community thread. I am stunned by this. If nothing else it'd boost the thread for visibility. That's our #1 goal.

And GOOD NEWS! Zircon stayed up pretty late and finished FF07_v10 and it's perfect. I dunno if he's going to send it to you or what but I'll wait and see. Yeah he seems to be disappointed with how long it took. I'll try to be more clear and to the point with directions in the future, I don't know if there was some kind of clash of ideas or creative difference or something, being why it was so confusing to get the echo, but I dunno, I'll try harder to be clear and my apologies.

Just a quick update so you know I didn't just disappear. I got a chihuahua on August 5th. I'm going out of town this weekend too. It's been a handful just learning how to care for the dog. Things should calm down soon enough.

Just some advice about running the album project. If you're shooting for OCR you should be prepared for 2 things: running all of the WIPs past a judge, and having every artist do revisions on their songs after the judge say what is wrong. People should know in advance that you are making this a rule. It might encourage them to work harder and also make it seem like you are serious business.

Just to get clarification on that, can I make a thread basically called "Give Me Money" and have a donation link? I know you said it's fine for remixers to make a thread for an album, but that's not what this was. His album was already funded, and overfunded. This was a thread made to ask for free money that had nothing to do with the album, possibly masked as a product reveal thread for a product that had already surpassed its funding goal. There was no need to issue a warning, I just wasn't aware that this was ok. I can start preparing fundraisers for myself in the community forums from now until long after I've left OCR.

Just wondering, since we're going head to head in FFCC this week, do you want to do vocal mixes, both of us? Or should we go our own ways and do whatever we want? You already did it once so I understand if you're burnt out on that.
