  1. You couldn't do it in SSB64, but you could in SSBM.
  2. I didn't think anybody was actually being SERIOUS about hiring a gay stripper.
  3. In order for that to work, we'd need to find out his real name and his home address. If we can find these things, however, I'll donate to the Hire a Gay Stripper For Bluebomber Fund.
  4. CLARIFICATION TO ALL POSTERS 1. This guy stole a number of OCR songs; it appears that all or nearly all of the songs on his imeem page are songs stolen from OCR, which he claims to have remixed himself. 2. This guy DID NOT steal any art as far as we know; that was a dumb joke by bozlifyme. Ok, carry on.
  5. OK, what's the OCRAPS plan of action this time around? Mass flaming, or is there something else we can do to fuck his shit up?
  6. I actually think Nintendo's technique of not giving main characters voices, and generally not doing a significant amount of character development, is a deliberate and very effective technique; it allows the players to give the characters whatever personalities they see fit to. It's like reading a book as opposed to watching a movie; in a book (or a game) we can give the characters whatever voice we dream up for them, but when we actually hear their voices, it's almost always a disappointment. I'm glad Nintendo doesn't make extensive use of voice acting.
  7. Wow, this is really nice! I dig it. BTW, any progress on that other mix? The one for the thing?
  8. I'm going to categorically disagree with everything Rozovian said. I like the disharmonies, and I think this mix really succeeds at controlled chaos. Yes it's a bit cluttered, but the clutter works in the context of the mix.
  9. I would be honored to have you butcher any of my mixes, and I'll be happy to send you some of my WIPs as well, if you like.
  10. HOLY FUCK TETRIS ATTACK HOW TO PLAY REMIX I'M GOING TO CUM! lower case shit
  11. What? Interesting requests...
  12. I'm sure it's only a matter of time until a "Still Alive" mix gets posted.
  13. I hate you so much right now. Though in all honesty, I think Mitsuda's well past his peak. The xenogears OST was in my opinion the best game soundtrack to date; nothing else has come close. But I've found most of Mitsuda's work since then to be quite dull.
  14. Your best bet would be to contact Ellywu
  15. Damn right it is. OMGWTFBBQ FUCKING N00B GO DIE NOW!Alternately, you could go un-deprive yourself and play earthbound.
  16. Wow. I gotta say, it's not very often a n00b admits his n00bish mistakes and tries to make up for it. You definitely acted like a douche, but I gotta give you some respect for admitting it and trying to make amends.
  17. Just so you know, remixers are far more likely to consider your requests if you don't act like a flaming douchebag.
  18. After how much you were bitching in the old thread, this really makes me lol. Also, rot in hell you fucking getter-of-smash-bros-before-me person.
  19. More or less; I thought the Melee version was original, well thought out, and brilliantly executed. The brawl version is just METUL KURBEE LOLOLOLOL!!11!!!1shift+one!
  20. Actually, I liked the melee version of Gourmet Race much better than the brawl version.
  21. Eulogic, will you marry me? Also, holy balls King Dedede's theme is awesome. Dark World is quite meh... which sucks, because the original is such an awesome track.
  22. Holy fuck. AWESOME!
  23. Can we do something about this spammer? Fuckin' cockeater.
  24. I love the bass (square wave?) used for the synth. The sample is simple and some might say cheap, but it is used BRILLIANTLY here. Great writing on the bass line. I'd do something more with that lavos scream; it's sort of cheesy. I'd be curious to hear how it might sound with a bit of distortion. I love all the synths in this. They're all, like the bass, simple and not high-end, but brilliantly used. Production is nice; each element is clearly audible, and despite having a lot going on, it doesn't get muddy, and nothing gets lost in the mix.
