Final_metroid
I heard about this game awhile ago, but my memory was refreshed going to NY comic-con http://www.deadlycreaturesgame.com/ Comes out tomorrow, but i don't know if I should get it because im saving up money for Madworld. Anyone else interested in this?
Dexie
I'm really hoping it doesn't turn out too bad, it's a fun concept for a game.
Ferret
When I read the topic I was all like "oh sweet I can show off my monster creation skills!" and then I see the link Oh well. Looks interesting, at least...
Zombie
Sounds like a decent game but not something i'd want to pay $50 for. Too many other better games out there at the moment.
JCvgluvr
IMO, It seems like a game tailored specifically for the 7-11 year old boys demographic.
cobaltstarfire
It looks like an interesting concept, I'm kind of surprised it's a wii game though. I don't feel particularly drawn to it, but I'd play it if I had a chance.
Toadofsky
I'm definitely going to rent it once it's out. I've been really wanting to try it. Hopefully, this is the turn for the Wii to start having good games come out on a regular basis again. Yeah, not getting my hopes THAT high... Antipode
IGN reviewed it and gave it an 8/10 along with an Editor's Choice award. They've been pimping this game for awhile and what they say in the review makes it look pretty good! Supposed to be really atmospheric and eerie, with what they call a sort of "Metroidian" design to how you explore new areas. So I'll definitely check this out. Overflow
I've been looking forward to this since it was announced, mostly because I'm really fascinated by scorpions. I'll hopefully get it in the next couple weeks.
The Pezman
Looks good to me. Probably play it come the summer.
Guy In Rubber Suit
I tested this game a bit and I had a pretty fun time with it. I honestly don't know how the final product turned out but I definitely enjoyed my stint on it and I was looking forward to it ever since I saw the first teaser for it. Reaif
I saw something on this previously, and have been really wanting to play it. I am really curious about the gameplay and all that now that it is out. Anyone have anything to say about that?
Final_metroid
Just got it today, maybe will play it once i beat Albert Simon in shadow hearts (and finish my homework..) Many players are rating this game fairly well while magazines and official sites give above mediocre to above average scores
Devyn
It seems that the reviewers seem to rate the game based off of how much effort went into the game instead of how fun the game is. I have no idea though. I've been watching this game for months and will eventually give it a shot.
Overflow
So has anyone picked this up yet? I'm probably going to get it in the next couple weeks. Oh, I was also wondering something: did anyone else see that Gametrailers video of the motion capture on the scorpion? I'm just wondering if those moves were really done by the scorpion or if that was their work put in after.

That was a pretty funny trailer though.
Strike911
How is this? It looks interesting, although the idea doesn't really appeal to me at first glance. It looks like a decent platformer, and some the concept of being really small sounds cool. There was a screenshot of a broken cellphone that looked real cool. Overflow
I got and finished this game over the weekend. Great game, a lot of fun, and some very epic situations. There are a few glitches, such as a twitchy camera, and some character clipping, but even so, the rest of the game more than makes up for those little issues. Graphically the game is very nice, a good looking Wii title. The animation is really smooth and realistic, and the Scorpion finishing moves are a ton of fun to do, even if there is no penalty for failure during the finishing move. There are some really cool environments too. The sound design is also excellent, with insects and lizards making loud roars and hisses. The music and background sound really fits the setting. Dennis Hopper and Billy Bob Thornton do a great job as well, creating interesting and menacing characters. The ending is a little anticlimactic, unfortunately. But the journey there is really neat. Definitely worth picking up if you own a Wii and are looking for something a little darker. 7.8/
Tables
This looks really cool, I might pick it up as a renty. Was anyone else reminded of that old weird PS1 game 'Spider'?
Poke'G
Wow. I remember the trailer for this from about a year or so ago, and I thought it looked like a fun concept. I'm glad the reviews have been surprising (for a Wii title), so I definitely will check this game out.
finalfunk
This is one of those games I definitely hoped would turn out well. Gaming in general (i.e. not just the Wii) needs more alternative games like this... outside of the typical genres / game mechanics. (As long as they work, that is...)
