Kureejii Lea Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 PSP has Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology, which is more of an escort title (think it's kinda dungeon-crawling?). I've heard it wasn't too hot but its upcoming sequel (Radiant Mythology 2) is apparently showing a lot more promise with fifty playable characters from across the series (I think all of Phantasia's cast is in, but Sheena and Regal aren't present when it comes to Symphonia characters). Dunno if that'll make it out of Japan, but seeing as the first one did... Like MarkShark said, Eternia on PSP didn't come out in North America.
SephAguraki Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Wonder which song people would like remixed from this particular game. Inferia Battle.
Sixto Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 Just finished Vesperiaaaaaaaa. Some nice music in there I kinda want to remix now.
KyleJCrb Posted December 29, 2008 Author Posted December 29, 2008 Just finished Vesperiaaaaaaaa. Some nice music in there I kinda want to remix now. You make remix of "Chance for a Big Reversal", yes?
Kureejii Lea Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 Just finished Vesperiaaaaaaaa. Some nice music in there I kinda want to remix now. You know, when I first heard it myself I honestly thought Sparks Scattering would be your kinda track...
Dunther Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 Just finished Vesperiaaaaaaaa. Some nice music in there I kinda want to remix now. Do it, I love almost all your remixes...
KyleJCrb Posted December 29, 2008 Author Posted December 29, 2008 You know, when I first heard it myself I honestly thought Sparks Scattering would be your kinda track... Remember, it's called "Fury Sparks" sometimes too. Either way, it is very much Sixto-esque. Do it, I love almost all your remixes... Almost all? How could you not love all of them?
Genjutsu74 Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 Just finished Vesperiaaaaaaaa. Some nice music in there I kinda want to remix now. I have to agree with everyone else: now that you've suggested it, this must be done. Fury Sparks, Staunch Opponent, The World At Your Fingertips, and Around the World are some of my personal favorites. Lots of good music there. Not quite as good as Symphonia's though. Vesperia was a great game either way. Can't wait for this project to finally get released. It's gonna be so freakin' epic!
KyleJCrb Posted December 30, 2008 Author Posted December 30, 2008 It's gonna be so freakin' epic! Yes. Yes it is.
The Joker Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 Screw it, lets delay the project a few more weeks & add a few Vesperia tracks on there. What you guys say? Yay/ Nay? Am I crazy?
KyleJCrb Posted December 30, 2008 Author Posted December 30, 2008 Screw it, lets delay the project a few more weeks & add a few Vesperia tracks on there. What you guys say? Yay/ Nay? Am I crazy? I KEEL YOU Especially since Vesperia has nothing to do with the Phantasia/Symphonia universe.
The Joker Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 Yes it does, Kyle. It takes place as a game in the Tales series in our universe. So, you're wrong. WRONG!!!!!!!!! Also, I'm jus kidding!* *I couldn't find a picture of Fericito to accompany this.
Genjutsu74 Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 I KEEL YOUEspecially since Vesperia has nothing to do with the Phantasia/Symphonia universe. Actually, some knuckleheads seem to think that Vesperia could be a prequel of sorts to the Symphonia series. I won't say why, just to avoid spoilers for anyone who hasn't gotten that far in the game, but I'm sure anyone who's played it probably knows what I'm talking about. I think they're nuts, but, then again, I guess I can understand why they might think that.

Oh yeah, if you just flat out ignore all the stuff that makes no sense whatsoever and focus entirely on weak links, it's perfectly understandable.
The Joker Posted December 31, 2008 Posted December 31, 2008 You guys = NERDS. haha, I'm gonna go back to rearranging classic vg themes now.
SephAguraki Posted December 31, 2008 Posted December 31, 2008 Oh yeah, if you just flat out ignore all the stuff that makes no sense whatsoever and focus entirely on weak links, it's perfectly understandable. I'm going to agree with this since I haven't played Vesperia yet...
Aninymouse Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Tales games borrow and reuse a lot of thematic material. This does not mean that they all are necessarily related. Vesperia is really fucking good, though.
Sixto Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 You know, when I first heard it myself I honestly thought Sparks Scattering would be your kinda track... Sparks Scattering (Fury Sparks) it is!
Monobrow Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 sixto hereby officially seriously is yanking all his tracks from this project until he can save up enough money for his future children to use their college funds to buy the ultimate guitars so that his seed can spawn a new age in remixing video game music with the power of his electric steed of MUSIC @@24
KyleJCrb Posted January 2, 2009 Author Posted January 2, 2009 sixto hereby officially seriously is yanking all his tracks from this project dont even joke about that or i will go back to arizona, hunt you down, and KEEL YOU
Darkflamewolf Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 So are we just waiting for the next available spot in the OCRemix schedule to set up the project? Or are we waiting on someone to help finish the website for it?
The Joker Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 We're waiting until demand has skyrocketed to the heavens, from which we can bestow the gift that is, Summoning of Spirits. But to answer you question, i think it's a little of both.
SephAguraki Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 I just bought Tales of the Abyss. If I beat it and this project hasn't been released, I'm going to break down, cry, and drop out of college simultaneously. Or just pout some more.
