Phonetic Hero
I've got most of the writing done. Still waiting on something though (particularly, those FF6 prizes o_O) so made a head start on the mixing as well >_> It'll be good when all the pieces start coming together. Someone needs to be patient
Rexy
Hey, i can't help it if i thought i'd use those FF6 contest prizes this week, only for them to still not be here with two days left. Plus I may have had this new PC for a week, but I'm so used to the prospect of technical crap stirring up in the last minute. Whatever the outcome, this is going to be wild
Brandon Strader
For one thing, Zirc was or is on vacation, plus the post office really does not work that fast. You most-likely can't ship something from the US East coast to the UK in a week's time, not even if somehow zirc mailed that stuff out on the same day as the results were released, which I know he didn't. So you betta find something else to put in or you ain't gonna make it.
Rexy
In this thread... Brandon Strader is a complete and utter DERP. The VSTs are being sent digitally - all that Zirc wanted was my email address. But no big deal if it doesn't quite make it in time - any mixer worth its salt should be able to have a backup plan.
Brandon Strader
It would still only give you so much time to download 'em! With your chavvy british internet, I bet you wouldn't even have 25% completion of the download before the deadline was up! So THERE! I bet the POST OFFICE is FASTER! Rexy
Yeah, you're right... the post office IS faster. Faster than your carrier pidgeons at growing out of date, that is.
Brandon Strader
Pigeons will never be out of date. They're delicious.
Ethan Rex
Pigeons will never be out of date. They're delicious. Actually pigeons only have a shelf life of about two to three weeks before they spoil.
Jamphibious
This is probably the first time I'll be using a largely unedited keyboard part that I played, should be interesting (and there's another little surprise in here). Pretty happy with where I'm at, just need to do some final tweaks and such but its almost finished!

Dustin Fisher
I personally liked all the submissions for this round/ bracket. Both Gario and Syllix's submissions were good, but I thought Gario's Drop Bass Zone was the more fun submission, though I thought Syllix's Cloudwalker was more thematic. I really enjoyed Brandon Strader's Will-o'-the-Wisp and LadyWildfire's My Wispy Breath. Both were great songs. This was not an easy choice. I really liked My Wispy Breath - it's more aligned with my natural mood, and though I moved on from that kind of music style a long time ago, it evoked those days for me and made me smile. However, Brandon's Will-o'-the-Wisp edged ahead by a single electron, positively charged with source blending, and great guitarwork.
Gario
Pretty sure your vote counts as long as you vote for every mix in a given round. Seeing that the Sonic and Robotnik rounds are considered separate rounds for the sake of voting, I think you'll be alright, Dustin.
Rexy
Track done and sent to Matt! Now for the next 2 hours, I aught to get a bloomin' move on with the music video... x)

As long as people vote in each matchup for that particular Bracket Round is all that matters. I've gotten both Sonic Bracket Finals songs now! They'll be up right at noon! Now we await the stunning conclusion of the Robotnik bracket votes! EDIT: Only a half an hour left in voting! We have some extremely close matchups, so if you haven't voted yet, THEN GO VOTE NOW!!!!!!!!!
KingTiger
Just voted, just in the nick of time. Syllix, I'm really impressed with the more chill direction you took. Syllix, I loved your great use of samples, and your little wubstep cameos. LadyWildfire, great job incorporating vox in a new style for you. Brandon, great rockin' track overall. Great work everybody!
SuperiorX
Good thing you voted KingTiger, I didn't want to create a tie with my votes. I've been worried about that all morning, hah. Super close match-ups, great job everyone! Robotnik Round 3 Results: Brandon Strader: 18, wildfire: 17 Gario: 19, Syllix: 16 So the Robotnik Finals are: Brandon Strader vs. Gario! Good luck! Rexy
Man, that was one exciting matchup set from the pancakes! I regret not being able to send my 'cuisine inspired' criticisms, but who knows, I may still do it anyway. Good job, Brandon and Gario! This is going to be one exciting matchup between you in the bracket final - a repeat of the WCRG final round?
