Liontamer Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 This guy turned 28 today! You're still young, bro. (I'd say that even if you were turning 87.) Feel the Wisconsan heat! But seriously, have a good one, and of course looking forward to whatever arrangements (and originals) you've got cooking for the community this coming year! Keep up the good work! (Yes, I used Jeremy's B-day message as a template. But you would too! I can't believe they're the same birthday, 4 years apart.) But with some unique comments for Derek, man, you came out of nowhere with the FF6 "Cantata for Dancing" collabs with Jeremy last year. I'm sure Part III's gonna be awesome. Here's to that and anything else you've got on the horizon! Quote
anosou Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Woo! Birthday! And many more man, many more. Keep making music. Quote
anosou Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Happy Birthday you amazing piece of man! :3 Quote
The Legendary Zoltan Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Happy Birthday dude! I too love your Cantatas. Quote
Kanthos Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Happy birthday! You're a fine asset to our country Quote
BardicKnowledge Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Happy birthday! Do something exciting with your day! Quote
Sil Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Thanks! I'm going to make this a truly Canadian birthday: beer, cake, and a free trip to watch the Leafs lose at the ACC. Quote
The Author Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Hmmm I would recommend a late night poutine, but I guess that's not as much Canadian as it is a Quebec thing. Happy birthday. Quote
Kanthos Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Poutine's reasonably popular around Toronto too. It's a Canadian thing that started in Quebec, more than a strictly Quebec thing; I know people in Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton, and all know about poutine. Quote

Or present in the daily diet. Some restaurants around here basically specialize in poutine. (Of course, I'm biased towards Quebec poutine since I know exactly where it started and I grew up in a town famous for it...) Quote
Sil Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 Happy Birthday, Derek. Can't wait to hear the new piece! Quote

Kanthos Posted January 25, 2008 Posted January 25, 2008 Happy birthday both of you! Don't really know you, Pongball, but I've got a lot of respect for your husband. DragonAvenger, I owe you some music. Don't worry, you are not forgotten. Quote
