TehDonut
The same guy that brought you Haloid made a new crazy animation featuring girls from Dead or Alive and the Final Fantasy series... http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/115884.html Although it's not as long as Haloid its pretty damn cool looking. Arek the Absolute
That was rather boring. Pretty, but really really boring.
Thin Crust
Can someone please tell me why game trailers almost never works for me? All I get is the black player, and nothing plays.
Global-Trance
I've heard this guy makes his own models. Is this true? Even if it isn't, the fight choreography is extremely intricate. Awesome.
Hy Bound
Holy damn, that was cool. The animation wasn't quite perfect, but for one guy who does his own models and shit thats pretty amazing.
sephfire
I'm pretty sure he gets the models from modders. Regardless, that is an insane amount of work for a single person to do. I don't know how he does it.
Dhsu
That was rather boring.Pretty, but really really boring. That's what she said OSNAP. But srsly, maybe you didn't get enough sleep or smth because that was rather cool. I'm a pretty big fan of Monty's choreography...it's just a shame he has to rip VG models for his videos to get any attention.
Arek the Absolute
Your last comment was why I found it boring.
Shadow Wolf
Goddammit, I was hoping someone finally made a full on Final Fantasy spoof. Fail. Epic fail.
The wingless
Monty, Monty, Monty... your videos suffer so much when they aren't punctuated by a Wingless tune!

Thin Crust
Can anyone tell me why most of gametrailers doesn't work? I get the player on the page, but it remains black and nothing plays. I'm forced to watch this video on youtube.
The Pezman
Wat no orgy? no wai! it's just a shame he has to rip VG models for his videos to get any attention. I don't think he likes it either. When I saw this I was somewhat surprised, because I'd read the Q&A section when Haloid came out: Internet: OMGZ This is awesome!!! Please make more!!!Me: Currently I have about 17 movies storyboarded in my mind to a bunch of different songs, and the list keeps growing. 11 of those movies are of my original series with my friends and I in a story that I want to tell. The other 6 are with characters I know you would recognize. Like I said earlier, this was to gain publicity to promote my original work, which I would prefer to tell. Will you still be around in a few months when I make another story of characters you haven't seen? Given time I hope my characters become somewhat of a staple just the same. One thing that comes to mind when I think of this balance, the Directors of Star wars, The Matrix Trilogy, Final Fantasy the Spirits Within. As talented as those directors are, and as much esteem and respect they've earned in their past works. What must be maintained is the balance in what I want to show you and what you want me to show you. It's a pretty fine line to walk, IMO. If he had come out with something original I seriously doubt a thread would have been made about it. So if he rounds out the DF storyline, will his name mean enough in order to promote his original work?
Raziellink
I was unimpressed...
djpretzel
Can we get a music video submission with an all-FF7 melee? No? Something else? Cool stuff.

Shortly after Haloid came out, he was hired by Midway for this strange, blended job somewhere between animator and idea-man. So, it got him a job in the video game industry. . . . bitch

tk
I'm having the same problem. I can't get it to work in Firefox or IE. Have you tried changing the file format that the player runs in? I find that quicktime works the best.
Thin Crust
Have you tried changing the file format that the player runs in?I find that quicktime works the best. That's the option right below the video screen right? It doesn't even appear.
tk
That's the option right below the video screen right? It doesn't even appear. Sorry, I forgot it's a usermovie. They're Flash only. I presume you have the latest version of Flash?
