  1. I'm afraid I won't have anything ready by may 1st. I have 3-4 project tracks I have to do before this one. That being said, project tracks are the only thing I'm gonna work on till they're all done, so June is feasible.
  2. Significantly reworked the main body of this track, as I was very unhappy with it. The simple fact is I have no idea how to make electro house and my original attempt wasn't workin at all for me. This has been one of the most troublesome game mixes I've done. Probably should have just forgotten about the track but I submitted it and didn't want to leave the crappy old version to stand.
  3. OA was just looking for 24 gigs of RAM in that video streaming thread. Hook a brother up.
  4. Anyone do parkour? Most sports hold the appeal of church for me, but parkour has me extremely interested. Maybe I've played Assassin's Creed too much. Only thing is I'm scared of making an absolute fool out of myself in public.
  5. I sent this to the original composer, Graeme Norgate, and got a nice response back.
  6. Bribery tends to work.
  7. Jesus, it looks like the TARDIS meets a Victorian drawing room. I believe HZ has one of the largest modulars in the world.
  8. nOkbient, that's an awesome desk. I'm guessing the space underneath the shelves is the proper width for rack gear? I so need something like that. My rack is a pain in the ass to get to.
  9. I think the pumping synth is too midrangey and needs more fat bass presence. I assume that's your bass sound. It feels more like a synth lead than a bass. Soundscape is a little cluttered.
  10. Weren't you ready to leave a few days ago? Anyway, if you like these streaming things, why don't YOU do one?
  11. At least you already got more than half the tracks. Hopefully people can get their tracks in.
  12. So. You're not going to send me a non-volume inflated track, that's what you're saying.
  13. Welp, let's put it this way, if you smash your track to smithereens I can't master it. I need a version where the transients haven't been crushed.
  14. Too late, it's been completely ruined for me now.
  15. Yeah man. I totally agree. I spent years being way too hard on myself, and as a result my output (and enjoyment) suffered.
  16. His Castlevania track sounds really spot on in terms of pitch. I thought I heard some slightly off notes in some of his other tracks. could have been my imagination though. not sure why people would lie about pitch correction in their tracks, everyone uses it.
  17. You guys gotta start reading posts other than your own.
  18. Does anyone else find that when you arm a track and hit record, your dexterity suddenly drops by about half? Or is that just me?
  19. Do you build up one section at a time, then move on to the next part? Do you create a skeleton for the whole track and build everything up evenly? Do you jump around from section to section as the mood strikes you? Just wondering how people like to work. I definitely fall into the latter category, I take a scattershot approach to fleshing out an arrangement.
  20. You better be working on Slider instead, buddy boy.
  21. People like this make me want to quit music forever.
