The Watchmen, Star Trek (amazing in Blu-Ray!), Sin City, Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Pirates trilogy, and both Transformer movies. Watching these on a good screen is like looking out through a window at times.

Shadow Complex is great, but what the heck is Metroid?

Played it last night with Wes, Yosho, Donut, and Ashamee. I didn't know what the hell was going on at first, but then I started to get it. Pretty fun game. I even managed to kill Wes after he killed me.

I'm right there with you, except I can't even look at a PS2/XBOX game without going "bleh, this is ugly." Playing these newer games has spoiled me. What can I say? I'm a graphics whore. The only time I'd play an older game is maybe at work on my PSP. Even then, I'd usually rather watch a movie.

UV7's a nice guitar. I was never able to get used to mine or any 7 string, though. For alot of people, it's just too much of a change from a 6 stringer and it's almost like learning a new instrument.

A. Console While I love how much sexier games look on PC with the right video card and all that, there just always seems to be a problem with certain games. Constant crashes, glitchy audio, random freezing, and these are usually problems countless other people encounter with the same games. Consoles just seem much more reliable to me. Never had a single problem with me 360 or PS3.

There's a lot more to the gameplay that wasn't shown in the demo. Like being able to guide the batarang to hit multiple baddies, attacking with your cape, using the grappler to grab unsuspecting baddies, and a bunch of other stuff that you learn while playing through the game. I've been waiting for this game since Gameinformer first talked about it over a year ago. I can't wait!

This was my first attempt at a ReMix. I think I used FL Studio, some free drums (NS_Kit or something), Broomstick Bass VST, and NI's B4 VST. Recorded guitars in Cubase 2.X with a Line6 PODxt and did the mixing in Cubase as well. Still use FL and Cubase to this day.

There have already been a few electric guitars with built in effects. They were horrible. It just doesn't work because of how much tastes in different effects vary. Yeah, that's been out for a while. Midi-pickups come on certain guitars and can be bought and placed on almost any guitar. Plus, Line6's Variax technology is there and Fender has kind of done the same thing with one of their Strats. Also, Gibson's weird digital output thing lets you use a different amp for each string on the guitar. Sounds cool on paper but it's not very practical.

I suck at this game. So bad.

Very much A, but with a little but of B as well. As far as mixing/production goes, I haven't learned so much from others but from years and years of trial and error, figuring things out one at a time. Collaborating with others did make it easier since I wouldn't have to spend much time writing actual music and was able to get right to the mixing stage. Problem is, with all the time I've spent working on my production skills, my guitar playing has gone south quite a bit. I sometimes have trouble playing simple riffs or scales and have to do a bit of retraining before I start recording anything. I guess you really can't serve two masters after all.

Yep, it sure is. I'm already working on a new Double Dragon track, though. Maybe.
