Hard game is HARD. But I loved every minute of it. Was pretty addicted to it for a while.

I do all the piano roll stuff in FL, but all my recording and mixing in Cubase 5.

Started playing today at work. I love it! It's everything I liked about DQ8 with none of that silly random encounter rubbish. You get to design your own character and what's cool is that all of your equipment changes are visible. Haven't tried any of the multi-player yet but it sounds like fun. Best DS game I've picked up yet.

Probably going to be addicted to Borderlands co-op for a while, but I'll be going back to Just Cause 2 eventually. Thew few minutes I did play when I installed it were pretty crazy.

But Zombie Island is FUN AS HELL. It's only like $10 for all three. DO IT! (I also feel terrible for making RadioactivePancakes and Stevo buy Borderlands yesterday. I'm so sorryyyyyy guys!)

These past 2 weeks I've bought Bad Company 2, Bioshock 2, Borderlands and its DLC, Burnout Paradise Collection, Call of Cthulhu, The Crysis pack, Dead Space, Fallout 3 GOTY (not on sale), Ghostbusters, Killing Floor, Mirror's Edge, and just now the Civ 4 Collection, not to mention gifting some games to friends. Man, Steam sales are really going to break me. But I LOVE it.

An OCR linkshell would be cool. I'm very excited for this game. I played FFXI from the time it was released til about a year ago. I tried the official benchmark thing and scored a little over 4000 on the 1080p setting, but I can't find any information on scoring anywhere.

I recommend the new Evangelion remakes. Basically the whole series smushed into 3 movies with a 4th movie changing the ending. Wonderful movie. Loved every minute of it, cried a little when it was over. Gotta re-watch the first two. So glad they got a Blu-ray release.

Look at some of the amps on americanmusical.com and zzounds.com. They let you setup payment plans if you need.

Pretty bad idea to use a speaker cabinet tuned for guitars if you're wanting to amplify your synths. You need full-range speakers for the best sound. I recommend something like this. Simple 2 channel, dual 8" speaker combo designed for acoustic guitar and vocals.
