SNK vs Capcom - Rugal / U. Rugal...I dunno why I think he's such a badass but I can't play him for shit. Lei has a shitload of moves but all you need is the gay ass D+B Circle , Circle move. so gay.....and the falling tree move is so awesome. EDIT: Sorry it's Capcom vs SNK, Don't flame me plz. -
There's a reason why there isn't a "top remix" thread and it's simple if you just read the rules. http://www.ocremix.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2360&page=8

Star Ocean Series [Discuss latest sequel here]
TehDonut replied to SwordBreaker's topic in General Discussion
hey play nice you guys.. I think we can talk about Star Ocean without putting other games down. @Red9 yeah I would definitely like to see that spreadsheet, I never really understood that workshop system in SO3 very much and I'd always end up making crappy items and my rank would always go down =( -

Yeah I agree with rely, there's no way that SO4 won't come out on PS3, at least a later release than the xbox360 version. Besides......we all know in about a year or two, Tri-Ace is gonna be like oh...time to continue the VP Franchise with a game on PS3 with the focus on Hrist......yeah..their gonna call it Valkyrie Profile 3: Hrist...or something. Nevermind the DS release, cause I'm definitely gonna get that. -

Dear God, yes. Finally, people who share my Sakuraba fanatacism. Tri-Ace + Sakuraba = Best games evar. And as far as I'm concerned, Infinite Undiscovery never happened. But yeah, Phantasia, Vesperia, VP, VP2 , SO2, SO3, and Eternal Sonata soundtracks are freakin amazing. But back to SO3, The only thing about the game is that it became hard as donkeyballs later in the game. (Maybe I just suck) I loved everything else about it. The characters were probably the least desirable thing about it, but the story, the battle system...the trophy system was great. -
merry christmas from here in Atl, GA. Cheers.

hmm...early 2008...Smash bros brawl?...or..no more heroes? as for the rest of 2008 I can only think of one thing that hasn't been mentioned yet. Dead space.

well I'm pretty sure they tell you in game like on the left side that you can turn on your flashlight...it's just a matter of if you can remember how to do it when you have like 10 other things that you're trying to find/kill/talk to. and is fallout3nexus down for anyone else?

But Tifa has bigger boobs, so the ribbon would be better on her.

dunno if this has been said already but, your left wrist should always be straight, I used to have a bad habit of palming the neck, and it slowed my fingers down sooo much. Basically if you want to speed up your fingers, just practice scales and arpeggios, then do some cite reading. Pretty soon you won't even need to look down at your fingers. My first 1-2 years of violin I had tape on the neck to mark where my fingers should go for each note. (All natural) And a different colored tape for flat/sharp notes. Your left arm should always be relaxed and your back should be straight. Your right arm shouldn't be to tense, but enough to control your bow fairly quickly. If you follow these tips you shouldn't have any strain at all. I hope this advice helps. One question though, do you play sitting on a chair or standing up? Sitting on a chair to read music usually ends up making your back bend forward and it's realllllly bad if you're just starting out.

pc demo should be out by winter...or so i've heard.

I personally like running around with my female character in sexy nightwear wielding a super sledge.
-
Yeah you learn later that the fire ants frenzy if you cripple their antennae, then they just flame on each other. Deathclaws on the other hand...hurt...a lot.
-
So, the demo came out recently on ps3, and just got done playing it. I thought it was pretty good from what I got to experience. Enemy interactions were pretty neat, you can disarm people, hit them in the face, then run away. As long as the full game isn't repetitive, this game has so much potential. I'm also interested in the story...though the demo doesn't give out quite what the story will be all about.
-
My trick is to just stockpile all the frag grenades you have thus far for these dirty fire ants. if you lob one right underneath one, soldiers will die in 1-3 good nades.. oh, and don't forget those landmines. those things are sooooo fun when you're getting chased by muties and deathclaws. also, you can change the difficulty of battle, just like in oblivion, but the experience you get also scales, which i thought was a pretty good feature.

This game is more fun than scary, really...I was prepared to shit and piss my pants at the same time, as i was expecting something along the lines of F.E.A.R., but i ended up having a blast shooting limbs off of every monster i saw. No disturbing surprises in this game...so far. Yeah, monsters pop out of vents every now and then, but it's all fun blowing them up, not enough to lose control of my bowels.
-
yeah lol, some of those stuff didn't change from the first game. the plot is probably the only thing i can complain about, but the villain in fable 2 is clear from the start, so at least you know what your goal is. there's really no way to abuse money making, you're gonna have to actually work at it to get nice gear cause most of the weapons that you buy are expensive as hell.. unless you abused the fable 2 pub games glitch and have 9 billion gold, or use the gay date changing glitch. law enforcement still kinda sucks. each villager is apparently worth only 500 gold. soundtrack is kinda nice....though there are only a few tracks that get repeated that plays if you enter any cave/dungeon. the thing that bothers me the most though is the battle system...you can't aim anymore =( instead, you get this sub-targetting thing where you can basically choose which part you wanna shoot. no skill involved. so you just pick up the fricken imba gun from the (semi-spoiler) westcliff shooting range and basically decapitate a group of 10 bandits you see in 1-2 shots each in about 6 seconds. yeah, they fixed the magic system, it's not so broken now, but they also made melee weapons useless, and ranged weapons farrrr too strong.

I was told by Atmuh to tell you about all the chocolates and candy waiting for anyone who idles in #clanocr...and naked ladies... or men...
-
but im all out of gum.... I personally loved duke 2, only cause of the fireball weapon where you can shoot downwards and make your way to the top of the level in like 2 seconds.

My only advice that hasn't been said (i think), is make as many connections as you can...find people in your classes and make friends. It's probably the best resource you can find when you need help. Whether it be help in some homework assignment, or you need some alcohol...now. But...as long as you don't end up at Georgia Tech or something...you will be fine. And if you do go to Gatech...why haven't you pmed me yet? Enjoy your life cause after college, it's nothing but work and sleep...that is, unless you are a genius bastard that can make millions off of a website/business that you started up (highly unlikeley).
