  1. Just finished listening to this one. People Of The North Pole is, like many other reviewers, one of my favorite tracks to FFX. I highly enjoyed this remix. It's laid back, something I can chill to, work to, sleep to. It's definitely going on my playlist for 2011.
  2. Just in case this is a serious inquiry, I think it's because December is generally seen as a time of gift giving, and what more could a remixer ask for than a review of their work for Christmas? (I dunno, maybe a paid trip to Magfest or the Caribbeans?)
  3. This remix has a mysterious and mischievous sound that makes me think of Tim Burton movies mixed with Coraline. Really great, interesting song!
  4. Epic adventures on the high seas! This remix takes me places I haven't been since I was young and dreaming of...well, you know. Adventure.
  5. I've always thought the vocals in this song were well thought out. Very emotional and, as OA stated, with conviction. The sound wasn't that great, but the excellent vocals and the lyrics behind them made up for it. Classic!
  6. I enjoyed this song. I have some gripes about the vocals, but seeing as that's been covered, I'll let it be. I also enjoyed how this song was put together, I've always been interested in hearing Gerudo Desert songs, and vocal tracks are no exception.
  7. Magepically adventuricious! *bows* Hats off to you, excellent remix! I seriously need to listen to this album more.
  8. I enjoyed this one. It was light and "Christmasy" and had a nice warm get-together feeling.
  9. Can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet! If you can't tell by now, I am a fan of Jill's workings here. I loved this song from the beginning, especially since I'm a OOT nut. Man that sounds funny. Anyway, I loved the idea of a song of prayer. It makes me think of Saria and her innocence and her role in the game, so major kudos on original ideas, and excellent vocals.
  10. One of the older vocal tracks, I kinda loved/disliked this song the first time around. Then it was polished, with better vocals all around. Good job on this one
  11. Even though this one is quite old, it still holds up as one of the more memorable FF remixes for me.
  12. Heard this years ago. I loved it then, and I loved it now. Great lyrics and sounds that make me think of time traveling robots, check.
  13. I need to stop picking and choosing what I listen to off the front page, because I missed this gem somehow. Fantastic, soothing and highly enjoyable, excellent remix!
  14. I PROMISE to attempt up to ten reviews per day all this month (we'll see how long that lasts though)
  15. Saw this over Thanksgiving weekend. It really was amazing, This movie had heart, depth, convincing emotion, memorable villains and absolutely gorgeous visuals. Oh, and symbolism. I'd go into more, 'cause I like to talk about stuff, but I -really- recommend going to see this film.
  16. Wellll I was just about through this whole reviews thread, thinking I hadn't posted. It's there on page three, but I'm gonna go ahead and review again anyway. I LOVE this song. It absolutely baffles me all the flak that the contributing artists had to put up with. This song was sung by my wife and myself at our wedding (poorly, lol) and so it has great significance to me. All of you responsible for putting this song together, thank you so much for sharing this song. I promise you, I'll never forget it.
  17. Wait, what? My sigs appear randomly, so I don't know what you saw
  18. Mystery reciever, your gift has been sent! Your package should arrive no later than Wednesday (hopefully).
  19. Gift achieved! It should be sent out tomorrow by mail.
  20. You two look great together, and you've got some fantastic pictures to remember this wonderful occasion by. Best wishes, and keep the fire burning
  21. We need more NiGHTS remixes, seriously. ESPECIALLY if they're of this quality. I love me some NiGHTS music, and this remix makes me want to take the snow train.
