Songs released on OCReMix albums are not necessarily OCReMixes themselves, unless the remixer or album director decides to submit said song.

The Ken stage music sounded stragely like Sixto's remix from Blood on the Asphalt. It was really weird. Someone at Capcom must've really ran out of ideas and just started stealing remixer's works. (which by the way, might be the actual case with Sigma Stage 2 in Maverick Hunter X, sounding pretty similar to housethegrate's version.)

Been listening to this one again: Tensei really was channeling his inner Sixto on this one. I probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference if this were in a playlist of Juan's stuff.

I don't think that has anything to do with it: I count 52 tracks for the OST, and 46 for this album. The only track that is remixed more than once on EOB is Rydia. The reason the remix album is longer than the OST is because overall each song is longer, due to the nature of remixing, which involves extending sections, writing new material, changing keys, tempos, styles, etc. etc. Unless you mean that there weren't enough GOOD songs on the original soundtrack to do a full remix album like this, which is entirely subjective.

Just sent out a couple PMs to the remixers of the older finished tracks, to see if they have lossless versions of their tracks lying around somewhere. Let me know, guys!
