Saw this last night and it gave me glee. I'm not excited that Guillermo del Toro is going to be working on this, though. His work on Hobbit is the only thing that even comes close to being good (and it's just "ok" anways), but why in the hell ask a film director to come onto this project anyways? If Hideo Kojima really just wants to make movies this would have been the perfect time. Whatever. I like Silent Hill a lot, and if this ends up being good it'll probably be the main reason I pick up a PS4 next year. Also: Silent HillS = Silent Hill5? Eh.

I think it's good to keep old stuff in your memory. It has actually been encouraging for me at times just to see how much I've grown.

I went through about half the anime and it was nice. I was expecting moe overload but didn't remember that happening. I actually bought the second game for PS3 but had to take it back 'cause I swear the FPS was below 10 during the entire thing. It was crazy weird. I'll probably try the sequel out at some point 'cause the premise and battle system seemed interesting enough. Besides all the weird fanservice moments (but seriously like everything has fan service so whatever).

I don't think any particular artist can claim to have dibs on a few notes strung together or even a chord progression. It doesn't really work like that.

Maybe in 25 more years if we're not all dead from an apocalypse or global warming or another uwe boll movie

So we can go ahead and submit our stuff to the panel if it hasn't been done yet? I'm not sure why me and TGH haven't gone for that yet.. unless he did it already

So if you guys were shooting for the 25th anniversary release (even though it's past, i think), does that mean that this will be coming out sooner or will it still go through the same waiting process as the rest of the albums?

Ni no Kuni. I think I was close but just started getting interested in another games at the time. An even more recent one was GTA 4. I bought it on sale and towards the end felt like I was forcing myself through the game. Finally decided it wasn't worth the trouble with about 4 or 5 more missions left. I think I almost beat WoW but an expansion came out and I cried. Oh yeah and Chrono Trigger. I had to give it back to a friend before beating the final 2 dungeons. Have it on PS3 now so maybe one day... Oh AND Oblivion. Got to the final boss area and it was pretty, but then, HARD DRIVE CRASH HURRAY. oh and mega man 2. screw wily

Is there any way that I could pull a track from being put on the judges panel on OCR? It hasn't shown up yet but I don't even think it's close to something being good for the site, which I didn't really think about when subbing it. : / The song's "Drowning in a Sea of Bass".. I'd rather redo it later than have it go through the panel feeling it won't pass..

My apologies to everyone this round. If I had known this job was coming up I wouldn't have even considered signing up for this (or would have prepared better at least). I'll try to make a mix regardless just to have music (since that's whats important).

I like the source choice. Actually saw this game at gamestop but never picked it up (which I feel like was a mistake 'cause it looks like a pretty good game). Let's start this mix! And hopefully completely finish it. Hoboka you should try to come as close as you can. It never has to be note by note perfect. Ever.

Thanks for all the comments ya'll. I knew people would love XPRTNovice's saxiness. : D I'm actually surprised that people liked the piano stuff seeing the flack it got from some of the judges. I personally enjoyed it myself, and was hoping everyone else would : D I requested someone actually make a Clannad remix a while back, seeing as pretty much the whole soundtrack (OP and ED included) comes from the game that it was based off of. I don't like I"m cool enough to touch something like Dango Daikazoku. Yet.

The fuzzing should be in the original song too. It was something with my Piano sample that would happen if it were to hold onto the notes for too long. I EQ'd as much as I could out but it's still noticeable. Not sure about the dropping out, though. I do wish I could re-do the drums on this one now. They'd be like, 1000x better.
