Sorry I couldn't be of more help, personally I use 4 gb on my current system but I never have more than 10 or so VSTs per project I have had to avoid certain VSTs like Energy, even though its fun it tends to corrupt files from time to time. You always take a risk in performance when you use 3rd party plugins...

Does it always happen when you're using specific VSTs? Maybe you can try to avoid using them :\

How much ram have you got? VSTs really shouldn't take that long to open, unless you've got an older, slow computer.

Yes, as long as it's done in the hour. Some people do collabs when they have visitors at their house or want someone to do rush vocals for them. It's legit, you're both working within the time constraints, just make sure to give credit where credit is due.

Please be advised that most "rewards clubs" that you sign up for will also offer free perks such as free slot play, show ticket discounts and food discounts. Last time we signed up for some free slot play ($10 or $20 i don't remember, it was at the Ellis Island) that let us cash out the money and keep it instantly. We might want to pick shows once we arrive, but that search will give you a good idea of what's available!

i'm sure he would use mirc if it came out for mac :3 here's the download link for mirc, this is what most pc users use http://www.mirc.com/get.html the server is irc.enterthegame.com but most irc clients will have etg as one of its default servers you can connect to. it's in mirc but it's a loong list. if you want you can just type /server irc.enterthegame.com to connect, or find it in that list and connect from there. Once you're connected you can type /join #ocremix and you should be there (even on your jacked up client pezman ) As for java clients, http://www.enterthegame.com/chat.asp should still work, just type /nick yourname then /join #ocremix and you ought to be cool but java clients are kinda for losers not gonna pull that punch
