I listened to that with headphones and through the stereo. It sounds kinda close through my stereo but through headphones, the difference is obvious. There's a lack of clarity in the tone in general, and a lot of "high end fire" that you get with TH1. Probably using the VariFire or whatever it is called rite...? It "breaks up" a lot more than the amp tone does.. It's not bad but it doesn't have the body you'll get from a real amp. You totally didn't turn off the EQ or compression though. :3 Nice try on those arps

The only thing throwing me off about that is all the pixel stuff in the middle.. wtf is that.. I've never played the old pokemon games though.

You posted a link to the source...... lol From my experience recently, I'd say the panel probably wouldn't be a fan of your synths or your drums... the arrangement is a little lacking and the song is quite noisy.

It happens with MMOs a lot. Better they're fixing the bugs now than releasing with them.

Every game ever made could feature 90% less of the primary thing that happens in that game; instead, games could either be 5 minutes long, OR they could feature fresh stuff to do for the duration of the game. I may be biased because I love Usa a ton, and am working on a lot of stuff with him.. but this is simply incredible. I hadn't heard this before and didn't even know it was up for submission. Really beautiful performance. They're not quite hollywood strings but they sound fine to me. The piano needs a ambient mic. LOL Sorry Usa I'm kidding!
