  1. In my opinion its a mix between two things: 1st - You must be doing something that you don't usually do (Like DrumUltimA said) to learn faster and (maybe) better 2nd - You should try to do one thing at the time, and don't trying to do everything at the moment, first you must assimilate the things you learn.
  2. I was able to win a match 1vs1 in Civilization V in less than 25 turns using the overpower balanced Huns' battering ram. That was quick.
  3. Oh my, so crazy, I was expecting to ear something that wasn't music but it wasn't bad, It has even the Corridors Of Time background melody.
  4. It could have been worse! I hope in some future to get in another compo. It's really a good way to learn and have fun.
  5. Damn, I haven't had time to play, I'm in finals and thinking about my future. The hardest GR I've done is around lvl 35~ so there's still a long way to go until I reach at least lvl 50. The last thing I was doing was leveling a crusader for the first time, they're a little bit broken IMHO but my main always will be the monk, they're so... swift and powerful What about you DarkeSword and Prophetik music?
  6. I know we are rivals in this but go for it, give it your best!
  7. I used to have the same question, but thanks to Timaeus I got the Grados and it was a total change . I got glasses too and they don't smash my head or ears so don't worry about that (It also depends on your bone structure of the face). I'm not saying that you should buy the Grados, I just tell how well they worked for me.
  8. Whoa, tokusatsu music is awesome, thanks for the sharing. The only one I knew was Journey Through the Decade. Nice!
  9. I'm still thinking about what song should I make (It will be from the Ducktales OST 90% sure) and how to make it. This is my first remix (but not first song or remake) and I'm in blank when it comes to ideas, but I'm willing to try to do my best. Let's see how things come out but I'm not super confident about what I'm able to do doing a remix.
  10. I would like to sign up as a Novice, and also I want to claim Tim as my master if it's possible he helped me many times and this looks like a great opportunity to improve.
  11. So... we'll be able to get inside pikachu, if you know what I mean... Jokes apart, the idea looks great and let's hope they don't regret it in the last moment.
  12. I used to play KF1 a lot, and even now from time to time when I need some gory action I still play. I really like this game because it's fast and entertaining. I'm still waiting to try the new one, maybe one weekend steam will put it for free. If more people here on OCR play this game, the server idea is fantastic!
  13. I didn't know you were making video tutorials. Thanks! I find them very useful even though I use Reaper most of the time.
  14. Very peaceful piece, is so relaxing.. very good interpretation and it has been done only in one take. Awesome. Its going to be on my sleeping playlist for sure.
  15. My influences are: Composers like Hans Zimmer, Nobuo Uematsu, Danny Elfman, Phil Collins and Jeremy Soule. Groups like Queen, Daftpunk, Mike Oldfield, Michael Jackson, Blind Guardian and Nightwish. As for OC remixers, Zircon, Danny B, XPRTNovice, Jake Kaufman and Bustatunez.
  16. What you say it's true Nase, I remember seeing you with your little green dude which it was what I associate with you. I'm glad that you at least decided to put it on your signature Maybe I put my old man Gaspar from Chrono Trigger but I'm not as veteran as you in OCR.
  17. I just broke up my feet. Nice, no gym for a month.

  18. I listened to it and I very liked it. It was my background music and when it stoped I was like : "Uhmmm I miss something... what I was listening was good!" then I replayed it. This should be more noticed, let's see what the other people say if they stop to listen to it. Good Job
  19. Oh my, I love TDgames so much, and so Gemcraft. I've spent so many time in Armor Games playing the original one.. Good to know that there's a Steam version
  20. So most of our handles have a story. It wouldn't be the same if the question were about our real names.
  21. For me: the "cold" music are usually music that is made with high to middle pitch tones and loooonger notes, like ambient music, and the "hot" or let's say hotter music for me uses more middle to low pitch tones and more continuous and shorter to medium notes. Also the scales and instrumentation makes a difference. Edit : Some examples come to my mind. Example of Hot : RO OST - Desert (duh) Example of Cold : Sonic Adventure OST - Limestone Cave Take a look on the lenght of the notes and the instrumention.
  22. There was a time that I was on the IRC Chat but that was a desert (It was around MAGFest time, so probably that was the reason why it felt like that, many people told me that) The only ones who were willing to speak from time to time was Hakstok (Nice guy, really) and Sixto, but still It was a desert. You can probably try the IRC (maybe is more active now), I think you're english native speaker so I should be more easy to you to catch some things people say from there. Any news just tell me. PDD: Nice art! I like to draw too, but I'm more into CG (3D and Digital Painting) than drawing on paper. (I studied Arts, and man... I despised to draw while I was studying that)
  23. I was just made my first crusader in all this time (long time) to play with it on this season, so I have even lesser idea than you on how to play it (Without copying builds, that's too boring). Let's see what makes the crusader so loved.
  24. I have to say that Timaeus helped me to get my actual headphones (Grado SR-60i) and so far are the best headphone that I had in a long long time, so my tip will be to listen to Timaeus, he understand about the topic.
