Putting everything in the cloud is a horrible idea. A couple of weeks ago Google decided to lock me out of my Google account for a couple of days without any kind of warning. I couldn't access Gmail, Reader, Calendar, anything. The reason? I still don't know. The only thing I could think of was maybe some IMAP gone wonky? They never told me why, just "sorry for the inconvenience." I'm not interested in a company being able to hold my data hostage like that.
Also, kind of tangental, but I really hate that people don't differentiate between an Operating System and a Shell anymore. I know that this is both because it's based on Linux, but still.
