I didn't know there was a TV series. I loved the movie, and the book is absolutely one of my all-time favorite books. It's brilliantly written, and definitely worth reading. They did a decent job with the movie, but there was so much more to the book, and you really couldn't fit it all in two hours.

I'm definitely digging the new demo.

Well, they've already made it easier in some respects, such as making grappling recovery moves automatically aim at the ledges. Also, judging from the Link vs. Sonic video, Up-B attacks can be sweet-spotted much more easily. Jury's still out on whether I like the sweetspotting or not, but I definitely don't like it that grappling moves automatically target the edge.

Awesome mix. Percussion and guitars are brilliantly done.

I like the piano. Percussion could hardly be worse in the beginning. It is out of place and doesn't sit in the mix at all. It feels out of place for most of the mix. Too dry, too loud, needs some EQ work. Arrangement wise, it's not bad, though. Definitely good to see you back, Ravi!

I played all the marios so much that I had complete comfort and near-perfect precision on all the mario games I played. At one point, I could literally do 1-2 in SMW with my eyes closed.

God damnit. The IGN people got a chance to play it, and of the three reviewers, NONE BOTHERED TO FIND OUT WHETHER WAVEDASHING STILL WORKS.

DL3 sucked balls. DL2 is where it's at. But, as has already been established, Superstar was the best. Dream Course, by the way, was also awesome.

I would love to see a completely new kirby game using the Superstar formula; why they made it so different in all the later kirby games, I have no idea.

It would be better than pulling a Xenogears; releasing a half-finished game that could have, had the dev team had more time and money, been far and away the greatest game of all time.

Lol, interesting that you got that from listening to it; that's almost exactly how it came together. I thought it worked pretty well, though. Wierd? Yes. Jarring? Yes. Awesome? Hell yes.

Worth it. I'd rather see it delayed and have them take the time to perfect it than see them rush it out the door unfinished.

Lol, wtf? This is definitely some wierd shit, but it's sorta cool. Reminds me of EarthBound, for some reason, which can only be a good thing.
