a new connection does not a better picture make. updated to today. so i'm running out of room again. if you have posted in this thread in the past, delete some of your crap that you don't have or aren't selling anymore. as i run out of space in the sale section, i'll be deleting the oldest thing in different sections to make room. for example, darklink42's mountain bike, and slygen's collector plates. i'll also be reducing descriptions whenever possible.

aw, thanks stevo. it's really cool, isn't it? there's a lot of funk inherent in the phrasing he uses, and once you get into the piece itself you really hear some awesomeness. incidentally, in the piece for sax quartet i was the baritone sax player. the low one that does string bass parts the whole time =)

if i get really into it, i'll take a notable fragment - probably no more than a few notes - and work them into a 'medley' of sorts. it'd be pretty artsy, though - you'd have to know that they were there to recognize most of the clips, since otherwise it'd be a horrid combination of random pitches.

it's probably illegal to release it, since taucer's girls are all under age. consent forms, legal documents, blah blah blah, all to confirm that it's not actually kiddie pr0n.

well, looks like there was tons of interest in my recital. anyways, i'm posting the recording of the recital at http://prophet.escariot.net/music/recital/. it's being uploaded as we speak. the two pieces i performed are 192kbps mp3 files, and the lecture is at 96kbps (for space, it's a 34-minute lecture). enjoy!

well, that's a really tall order. there's a buttload of music there, lots of different good themes. i'm going to think about it. i'm not worried about being able to do it justice, i'm worried if i'll have the time to complete it in a reasonable fashion.

same here with la (never got past the first cave), ff4 until the project came out (and i've never beaten it), or any of the other games besides pokemon that i've participated in.

wiicube is just the same plugs that a gamecube has =) the wii's just a cube with motion controls and a larger disc drive (kinda).

does anyone have a link to that lost odyssey track? i remember it being fantastic, but forgot which one of several unnamed tracks in itunes that it is.

lol, linux is great. you start out with huge ideas, and you end up being bloody ecstatic if you can get the same functionality you expected on windows or OSX.

i have never really played radical dreamers. i've fooled around with savestates, but never really got into it. it's boring as hell if you're not into retro games, like me.

kinslayer, two things: 1. gamecubes sell at most gamecrazys for 30$ plus 10$ for a one-year warranty covering any damage or failure of the system. comes with a controller and all the bits. might be the way to go. 2. if you have a wii, buy the metroid prime trilogy disc. has all three metroid prime games, with the awesome motion controls that corruption has. plus bonus material and a sweet metal case. might be cheaper than buying the pieces used.

mine wasn't a 7200.11, which is the model that craps out on everyone - it was a 7200.8, actually - but seagate's completely lost my trust recently.
