This is a heavy Hopes And Dreams project I'm working on for fun, but also to learn the proper ways of recording/mixing to get a nice smooth tone and clear instruments. I didn't want to deviate from the style of the original because it's so pretty, but at the same time I wanted to play it myself and give it a louder feel. Just a little work-in-progress arrangement of Spear of Justice. An orchestral arrangement was the obvious choice. Right now it's very conservative, but I plan to flesh it out into an actual remix at some point.

The People's Remix Competition 321 PRCv13-09 Hello everyone and Welcome to the People's Remix Competition! NinjaPenguinDan was the winner of PRC319 and picked Yell "Dead Cell" from Metal Gear Solid 2 as the source for PRC320. He also submitted a bonus track. Chalis and Bundeslang participated, but no winner was decided, meaning that both got the victory. Both picked a source without a PRC history, meaning that there are no rounds with related content. I did a remix of Your Best Nightmare, where I did a lot of reharmonization and changed the feels of the individual sections for the most part pretty substantially. Hello! So I'm very new to the production scene, this is actually the third full track that I've ever created, so I'm still learning the ropes. That said, I'm looking for a lot of honest feedback on how to improve. I am getting a better feel for the tools available to me, and I've paid for very little beyond the basic ones offered in FL Studio. Hey guys I'm Nom and just recently joined this forum. I'm also a beginner in music remix and only just started for abouth a month ago. I really need help with some orchestration. I'm not really satisfied with my work (it's my 1st time doing it). I think it's too messy and need some dynamic but i don't really understand what to do with the orchestra instrument (I don't have any orchestral music background either). So, I know that the production leaves something to be desired. At higher volumes a sort of crackling sound becomes notable. I've tried my best to get rid of it but I couldn't make it disappear completely. I don't think I even limited it too loudly. I'm a novice when it comes to mixing and mastering so if you guys have any tips on how to make the mix sound great even at high volumes, that would be appreciated.

It's been a while since I've made anything but here I am, back with something new from my brain. I love Undertale and its music so much that I decided to make a nice little medley with 3 of my favorite songs from the game which represent 3 of my favorite characters as well: Bonetrousle for Papyrus, Spear of Justice for Undyne, and Megalovania for Sans. I worked on this medley off and on for several months, tweaking parts here and there and adding other things. It originally started as an orchestral remix of just Bonetrousle but something told me to make it into a medley and here's the final product. Please enjoy and let me know what you think!

Did this initially as a personal project, then refined it for OCR as suggested by my composition instructor as a challenge of sorts. Here you go! And, of course, here's the original.
