  1. It's July 13th. It's Summer. It's hot, it's sticky and none of it is in a good way. But here's something that is good. Yep, it's time to start recruiting for the next An OverClocked Christmas album! We've got over five months before the due date, so let's see how many people are interested in taking part for the seventeenth entry in this (usually) happy, seasonal project. As per the norm, this project is open to any and all OCR members, regardless of whether you're a posted remixer or not. You want info? I got your info right here... When's The Project Deadline?- December 20th, 2023 at 11:59 P.M. EST. This is now a REALLY hard, non-negotiable deadline, since it's very close to Christmas. We've had lots of last-minute entries and updates over the years and, to be perfectly honest, it shouldn't be that way. With months of time, having to hold off as long as possible for people made things pretty hectic for myself and Dyne in the past. Treating this project like a college paper that doesn't get worked on until the last minute got annoying rather quickly when it kept adding up to lots of hurrying year after year, with last second updates to artwork and retagging/reuploading things. As such, you have until one minute before midnight EST on December 20th to get me the final WAV or MP3 of your song. After that, you're shit outta luck until next year. I need time to do everything, including possibly making a little website to host this project if Dyne isn't online for one reason or another. So this deadline's set in stone... PERIOD. What Information Does The Coop Need?- When you send me your final versions, I'll need what name you want to use (real or remixer handle) and the name of your remix. Please, come up with something when you send me links to the file, rather than just giving me a file called "ff6-owa-v3f.mp3" and nothing else. You don't have to tell me what song you're remixing, but I do need a name. Plus, if you have a website you'd like to pimp, supply that as well and I can add it to the MP3 tags. What Can Be Remixed?- Any song, really. Traditional Christmas carols, video game music, published music by a signed artist, music from TV/cartoons/anime... whatever gets your heart racing and into that Christmas spirit. This isn't an official OCR album, so you can draw from more sources than just VGM. Plus, you can take a non-Christmas tune, like the Main Theme from Space Harrier, Stage 6 Mission 2 from Metal Head, or I Defend STM from Truxton II, and turn it into a Christmasy one. So know that it's not limited only to songs that are Christmas-like to begin with. All that said, do keep in mind that if you want to submit your song to OCR later, you'll need to keep this site's guidelines in the back of your mind. But for this album, you can take it in just about any direction you want and get as crazy as you'd like (but please, no "Silver Bells" done in farts or something). How Long Can My Song Be?- As long as you want it to be. There are no restrictions on this, so whether it's 1:30, or 9:51 with a five minute guitar solo ala Metallica, it's all good. But again, if you want to submit your song to OCR later, keep their guidelines in mind. What Genres Can I Remix In?- Again, the door's wide open here. Rap, Metal, Pop, Piano-solo, Orchestral, Jazz, 8/16-bit, Barber Shop Quartet, A capella, Death Polka... it's up to you where you want to take it. What Format Should I Submit My Song In?- WAV or an MP3 of at least 192KB/s quality. I'll be tagging the MP3s and making MP3s from any submitted wavs, so you don't have to worry about that. But, if you'd like your website to be in the MP3 comments section, be sure to give it to me when you submit your song. How About A Little Music To Get Us In The Mood?- To help everyone along, here's a YouTube list of Christmasy tunes made by Ocre a number of years ago... https://ocremix.org/community/topic/32727-an-overclocked-christmas-~-now-recruiting/?tab=comments#comment-676914 What's The Website's Address Again?- It's got a new home at... http://williammichael.info/aocc/ This album will still be downloaded there as well, as Dyne will continue to host the albums on his site. How Do We Contact This The Coop Person?- If you've got questions, comments, concerns, want feedback, or your track is done and ready to be sent to me, you can PM me here on OCR, or send me an E-mail at thecoopscorner@gmail.com. Just be sure you remember to include a link to your remix, or attach it to your message. So yeah, there you go. You've got over five months to get something done for the lovely people of OverClocked Remix and the billions of listeners around the world who've become followers of our project. Good luck, have fun and make everyone some Nice Work™! Artists involved thus far... 2. Okay, before I do any pitch here, I'd like to direct your attention and maybe some of your time to take a listen to this soundtrack to Serious Sam 4: I want to focus specifically on how the primary genre is epic cinematic score complete with fanfares, vocals and more and when in battle, it transitions to superb metal/rock/electronic or a mix of all three as needed and the fight version is a variation of the main (slower) theme of the level you just heard. It's a fantastic blueprint and it provides an amazing cohesive whole to the entire soundtrack and I just adore it. So, now the pitch: I recently played Hollow Knight and I noticed quite a few leitmotifs were repeated in varying fashions - from the major area tunes to when it changes to 'dangerous' to when it changes to a boss variant/version of the same tune. It's pretty seamless how Hollow Knight links it's themes across several tracks and you don't even realize it! So what if we had an album that took the Serious Sam 4 blueprint above and pushed the Hollow Knight soundtrack to epic cinematic score that progresses to outright mayhem and crazy orchestral metal/rock/electronic by the end for each track before ending it out as the remixer(s) desire? Would there be interest in an album for Hollow Knight that has this specific vision in mind?
  3. Hi everyone, I'm working on an ambient breakbeat remix of the "Aquatic Ambience" theme form DKC1. I have outlined the majority of the percussion and synths so far. This is the current WIP: I need a vocalist (mezzo-soprano), who can cover the range, that piano plays from 1:04 onward til the end and I also need a lyricist, who can write a fitting lyrics. There might be one or two more vocal parts, but I'm still working on it. Vocalist recording should be clean, since the vocals will be in the focus. Also have some pitch correction software ideally. If you guys know someone, who would like to work on this project, you can also help me network and respond below! Best regards!
  4. It's July 9th. It's hot, it's humid, and people are still setting off fireworks at one in the morning. But you know what else is being set off? That's right, it's time to start recruiting for the next An OverClocked Christmas album! Yep, we've got a good five and a half month before the due date, so let's see how many people are interested in taking part for the sixteenth entry in this (usually) happy, seasonal project. As usual, this project is open to any and all OCR members, regardless of whether you're a posted remixer or not. You want info? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE INFO... but I'm gonna give it to ya anyway... 5. Here's the main thread: I checked the Recruit & Collab forum guidelines and it didn't say I couldn't make a quick, additional thread here where it might get more eyes/traction than in the Projects threads. We have two months left for final turn in and we still have a nice slew of solid tracks from the FF8 OST that could be filled! This will be sort of a lightning rush sort of round in terms of remixing - 60 days and done, but right now, we are standing at 57 tracks strong (provided no one drops out before the end) and there are still great tracks left unclaimed. This is the last, final OCRemix album for the Playstation 1 era of Final Fantasies to be done for this community! If you want to be a part of it, feel free to check the linked thread, read the details and hop into our Discord if you'd like to help collab or remix! We're always looking for fantastic talent! Current Track Claim & WIP Status Red - Unclaimed Track - 15 Orange - Claimed Track, no WIP yet - 4 Purple - Initial WIP submitted - 7 Blue - Significant WIP submitted - 30 Green - Finished Unmastered Arrangement submitted - 17
  6. This is gonna be a WEIRD one. I'm already writing a bunch of rap battles, but Mad Jack (DK64) vs Monty Gator (FNAF: Security Breach) struck me as having a seriously cool opportunity for a remix behind it. I'm going to need three different roles here: someone (or multiple people) to help me mix Mad Jack's battle theme realistically with Golf Swamp (the closest thing I could find to a dedicated Monty theme), someone to help with lyrics, and someone to play Monty in the actual battle. I might come back with some other battle ideas, but this is a start! (yes I was inspired by Steele's "Mad Jack's Drop" don't at me) PM or comment if you're interested!
  7. Hello, I'm seeking a composer for a video game that I'm making. About the project: The game I'm making is inspired by final fantasy tactics. So being able to compose music in that style is important. But the game will utilize a mix of different styles. So you need to be able to compose different styles. Please contact me with a link to your portfolio if your interested.
  8. It might be a heatwave in some parts of the world, but it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in here! No, I'm not hallucinating. It's that time once again. Time to see who's interested in taking part in the annual tradition of making Christmas-type musics for people. Christmas in July has become a thing these days, and so it's during that seasonal warm up period that we kick this thing off in hopes of getting folks to provide music for the real season when it comes about in five-plus months. So... this project is open to any and all OCR members, regardless of whether you're a posted remixer or not. Want some details? Have some details... 9. Hi, I'm looking for a French Horn player for my orchestral arrangement of ff7 - debut Original : Debut Remix : https://soundcloud.com/bluelighter0085/ff7-debut-orchestral-versionmp3/s-Ujqrux8Ip94?si=155ad00c71744149bfa207fdb9227a10 I've yet found a flutist and a trombonist. The horn will reinforce melody at some parts. I’ve yet well advance at the mixing. I want to post it at the end of November. Contact me by PM if you are interested.
  10. After several of my friends got me into Final Fantasy XIV, I fell in love with the game so hard that I've been playing pretty regularly for a year and a half straight now. The game has an incredible soundtrack, with over 400 songs, and I wanted to see an OCR album for it. Of course, 400+ songs is insane, to the point where this game has a legit Guinness World Record for the most original music in a video game. With that much music, and since XIV isn't the cultural touchstone something like VI or VII is (WHICH IS A TRAVESTY), I couldn't guarantee I'd be able to get enough interest in this for even the standard four-disc type OCR album. So instead we're going for a smaller, targeted idea here. The concept is simple: an album specifically for the area themes of the game. This includes city-states, towns, villages, the various zones you travel through, etc. I'm hoping to direct a sequel album in the future centered on battle/dungeon/boss/primal/raid/PVP themes, but let's see how this one does first. If you're interested, please look through the list of 47 potential sources below (cut down from my original list of 120, lol), complete with YouTube links, and if anything jumps out at you and you'd like to remix it for the project, let me know! Everything on a single line uses the same basic source for several in-game remixes, so I've listed them together, and you'd basically be claiming that one "melody" for a single remix, so to speak, rather than three or four different songs. If you're familiar with the XIV soundtrack and actually want to remix a source not in this list, and it's an area theme like the rest, then also let me know. I would like to see this released within a year, but I do not currently have any specific deadlines in mind otherwise. I'll decide that down the line, once I see how many people are interested in the project. 14. What's that I hear? Is that... distant jingle bells? Did someone say " ho ho ho" just now? That can't be right. It's only July. Oh, but it is right. It's that time again. Time to see who's interested in taking part in the annual tradition of making Christmasy music for people. Christmas in July has become a thing these days, and so it's during that seasonal warm up period that we kick this thing off, in hopes of getting folks to provide music for the real season when it comes about in five-plus months. SO! This project is open to any and all OCR members, regardless of whether you're a posted remixer or not. Want some details? Have some details... When's The Project Deadline?- December 20th, 2020 at 11:59 P.M. Just be sure you remember to include a link to your remix. So yeah, there you go. You've got over five months to get something done for the lovely people of OverClocked Remix and the billions of listeners around the world who've become followers of our project. Good luck, have fun and make everyone some Nice Work™! Artists involved thus far... 15. Hello OCR community! Some of you know me from a single OCR remix (Dark Star Scherzo from Secret of Mana... it's ancient history) and others know me because of my activity in the VGM scene. I am searching for a wide variety of instrumentalists (and 2 or 3 vocalists) for my Chrono Trigger project, a 12-track album of arrangements dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Chrono Trigger (which was back in March 2020!) Recruitment is happening early due to anticipated difficulty of finding performers for certain instruments. Requirements: -be able to record your instrument/voice in high quality, and can provide examples of your HQ work -be able to perform your part from the files provided: you will receive 1) midi file, 2) a full mp3 synth mock-up of the track, and 3) an mp3 of your part in isolation. -be OK with multi-tracking as needed (the parts will be aligned for you) -must love the Chrono series! List of performers needed: (Red = Still needed, Green = already recruited) KEYBOARD Piano Keyboard/Synthesizer (mainly for 1. a smooth, full, rich "warm pad" patch, and 2. Hammond organ, something approximating the sound of this example or this example (Korg CX3?)) Kalimba (mainly tuned in D, but others as well--multitracked) Accordion WINDS Low Whistle Quena Zampoña Shinobue Dizi STRINGS Violin Viola Cello Double Bass (jazz) Acoustic Guitar 12-String Guitar Electric Guitar Electric Bass Dulcimer (hammered) CHORUS/VOICE (Female) Ability to sing in the style of Japanese folksong, as performed by: -the late Eri Kawai (example Kirite) -Eri Ito (example Panzer Dragoon Orta) CHORUS/VOICE (Male) Ability to sing in the style of Arabic or Indian folksong (example) PERCUSSION Drums (multi-tracked as necessary--must be able to perform part exactly as heard (within reason) from provided audio files, including midi. Sound: I need a set that approximates the sound heard in this example; of special importance is the snare, seems to have a really loose belt with a very wide attack) Miscellaneous percussion (maracas, egg shakers, triangle, wood block, congas, djembe, etc.--message me first, there are a lot) Marimba ------------------- Other roles requested: Artist Cover art that is Chrono-series-related Mixing consultant/engineer For consulting purposes, AND/OR mixing. Experience with world/folk music desired. This role may not require any actual engineering, but a willingness is appreciated. Please contact me for details. TIMELINE: Roughly until the end of 2020. It seems that many of us have plenty of time now, whether we like it or not... but the constant state of things may require changes. Interested? Please send me (via PM or email) an HQ example of your work. Please also write a little something about why you love the Chrono series! (that includes Trigger, Cross, or Radical Dreamers) Also, ¡se habla español! If you know of someone who plays quena or zampoña and can record in HQ, but isn't involved in online activities, please let me know!
  16. Hey guys! I think a lot of you love that Blue Blur that goes by the name of Sonic the Hedgehog! And I'm also sure that a lot of you love racing games or just games that involve any kind of competition, right? So, what if we take the best of both worlds, blend it together and make a tribute album? Album Concept: the goal is to create an album honoring racing in Sonic games. They are usually super underappreciated from gaming and musical perspective, so I want to remedy that! The list of allowed games includes games fully dedicated to racing (e.g. Sonic Free Riders) and games that has 2P racing mode (e.g. Sonic 3). 10-ish tracks in total would do just fine. There're are also a few personal recomendations regarding the first and last tracks: either "Green Light Ride" from TSR or "Race to Win" from Sonic Rivals 2 would make a perfect album opener, and "You're My Number One" from Sonic R is a perfect candidate to close the album. But that's just my opinion, y'know Genre Guidelines: this album is dedicated to racing games, so pumping music is what we need for sure. Any kind of energetic rock or electronica is more than welcome! The closing track, however, can be much more different. For an album closer I would like to have either something chill and mellow which could symbolize a victory lap or some huge, epic, uplifting orchestral track which would work as victory fanfare List of allowed games (games in bold are already taken, see below): Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2P tracks) Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2P tracks) Sonic Drift Sonic Drift 2 Sonic R Sonic Adventure (Chao Race) Sonic Adventure 2 (Chao Race/Kart Race/2P tracks) Sonic Heroes (Quick Race or Ring Race) Sonic Rivals Sonic Rivals 2 Sonic Riders Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity Sonic Free Riders Team Sonic Racing Everyone who wants to claim a track - just let me know in this thread. If you're not a posted remixer, please, send me a completed work of yours, so I could have an idea about your level of skills. Now, there's a lot of games to choose from, so no more than one claim per game is allowed. Tracklist: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 - Mystic Cave Zone (2P) - claimed by Chernabogue Sonic Rivals 2 - Neon Palace Zone - claimed by GlacialSpoon Team Sonic Racing - Clockwork Pyramid - claimed by LongBoxofChocolate Sonic R - Can You Feel the Sunshine? - claimed by PirateCrab Sonic Drift 2 - Hill Top Course - claimed by Sir_NutS Sonic Drift - Spring Yard Course - claimed by Jivemaster Sonic the Hedgehog 3 - Medley - claimed by Jamphibious Sonic Riders - Sand Ruins - claimed by GlacialSpoon Red - claimed track, no WIP Orange - initial WIP Purple - significant WIP Blue - finished arrangement (unmastered!) Bold blue - final wav Deadlines: I will not set fixed deadlines, but instead I'm going to handle each claim individually. It is highly recommended to keep in touch with me and send some progress at least every month or so. Ignoring me for too long and missing deadlines can result in your claim being dropped. Of course, life can be rough sometimes and I can easily understand that. Just don't disappear for too long! I may as well reach out to everyone from time to time just to make sure everything is okay Final Deadline: May 31 The project crew: Director: @Black_Doom Arrangers: @Chernabogue @General Offensive @GlacialSpoon @LongBoxofChocolate @PirateCrab @Sir_NutS @Jivemaster @Jamphibious Visual Artist: Flan Web Designer: Performers: Sound Engineers: @Chimpazilla Track evaluators: That's all, I guess
  17. You send me a track, I mix it with other into one non-stop album, like Tomoya Ohtani's "Sonic The Hedgehog DJ Style ”Party”". If your track isn't, you must post it! Tracklist DISC1 - Frozen - All chill, mellow and ambient tracks are here. DISC 2 - Fired - All energetic, pumping music like DnB, punk are here. P.S. Sorry for all mistakes in English.

  19. Hey all!! I'm moderating a Carole and Tuesday project and would love to present the opportunity to join to the OCR community! For music we are looking for remixes, arrangements and general love for the outstanding and diverse OST showcased in the anime. We're also seeking artists and writers if that's more your thing! In order to participate you must submit an application by July 31st. You can back out so I would recommend applying if you're interested at all!! 20. Hello there. I the producer for a little indie game dev with a game coming out soon (i.e. within the next month). It's a short game, but we're releasing the soundtrack to go along with it. Partly thanks to the whole pandemic we've missed a release deadline. To try to make it up to our potential customers and the small, but dedicated, fans we've accrued during this development cycle we were thinking of ways to make it up to them. One thing we're doing is that we were going to include a blooper reel of our voice actors' flubs and ad-libs as part of the 'deluxe edition', but we've decided to release it for free. Another thing is that...we'd like to boost the coolness rating of the soundtrack. So, anybody want to remix a song or two from a game that's not out, yet? Here's the sampler for our soundtrack in case you wanted to know what kind of music we're dealing with: What we're looking for: Remixer - We're looking for someone to make a neat take on one, or more, of the tracks. Whether it be a techno remix, a vocalized 'with lyrics' kind of thing, a heavy metal version, or maybe you're an awesome player of an unusual instrument and want to make a bangin' kazoo or bagpipes cover. We just want something neat, so we don't have any real style specifications - except that if you are vocalizing, everything's got to be 'SFW'. Compensation - Hey, let's be honest...we're selling this soundtrack. We're going to be making money from it - you should be, too. So if you want to show some interest in doing a track(s) for us, let us know what kind of prices you're interested in charging. Now, another bit of honesty - my music budget's already spent. I have $0 to work with right now, so I'm chipping into my own cash to pay for this (we're a small company and I'm part owner, so don't feel too much pity for me). As such in lieu of money I can also offer compensation in the form of services if you're more interested in that. My services include writing, narrative consultation, and voice work (and by that I mean, I can help you find and cast actors, I'm junk at VA work personally). Deadlines - We have the absolute worst deadline, the 'ol ASAP. This game goes live in mid-June and has already been delayed, so we'd like to have all materials ready to go as soon as humanly possible. So if you make awesome stuff, but it takes six months to make it...then feel free to still make it, if you're inclined, we just can't wait for you with our checkbook's open, if you get my drift. If you think you can get the work done in a matter of a few weeks, or less, especially for all the more we can offer in compensation then you're our kind of people. How This Will Work: So since we're offering payment (either via paypal or via comparable service, your choice) - if you've got an idea you'd like to suggest, go ahead and suggest it. Preferably with a sample or some guidance as to what you're proposing so we know for sure what we're getting into. If we like the angle you're taking and the price you're asking for, then we can come to an agreement. Once we've agreed on bringing you into things then once you deliver the track in question to us (along with permission to include on the OST, of course) we'll pay the agreed upon amount or service. Any questions, bring 'em up, I like questions. Or if you're interested in joining this little project, let us know. We want to make this stuff as good for our players as we can. Oh! And of course, all work is credited.
  21. REQUIRED: ENVIRONMENTAL FX DESIGNER Hi everybody, This position is a part of the ongoing Paths Less Travelled Vol.2 thread which can be found HERE. We’re writing this position in addition to the project thread proper; to draw attention to this specific role within it. We’re covering the SNES game Secret of Evermore, which, for all its quirkiness and witty dialogue, deals with exploration and loneliness as its primary themes; and makes heavy use of natural sounds and environmental effects alongside more traditional music to drive home the feeling of being a stranger in a strange land. To pay homage to this, and to make the ReMix album as true to its source as possible, we are searching for somebody to join us on the main board, whose role would be to create a number of atmospheric tracks (6-9), based entirely on ambient sound (eg rainforest, machinery) which can then be edited and used as ‘skits’ or mixed into and out of tracks on the album where required. It’s an important role for the album, and the work needs to be executed skilfully and sensitively, as it may involve working with select other ReMixers on their tracks, in a minimal intro/outro format. Additionally, it creates a mood for the entire album. As such, we are only looking for people who have real-world experience in sound design. As a ‘board’ member you will of course be invited and welcome to bring your own thoughts, ideas and suggestions to the table. We’ll of course submit to your experience in the field. This isn’t a first come-first served position, sadly, and we’ll want some evidence of your prior work. Sorry it’s a bit of a serious thread. All the above having been said, we are really expletive excited to work with you. Just drop me or @Trism a message here or in our DMs and we’ll get right back to you asap! Thanks for reading, folks. Stay well.

  23. Hi there. For years I have had a small SFC/SNES group called SFCaliber and for years I have wanted to release some SFC/SNES original music under that brand. I think I'm finally in a position to do so, so I'd like to make a call out to any one who has does any original compositions with SFC/SNES instruments to PM me about inclusion into a compilation release. Details: * It's a FREE album, so there is no payment or money exchange of any kind. It's purely for the art and fun of it. I won't be monetizing anything or having ads or backend financing either. For that reason, I am largely asking for tracks anyone has already done and finished so that I'm not asking for free work/effort that hasn't already been done. * Preference towards really "meaty" content - not just 45 second Final Fantasy battle or Super Mario World stage BGM knockoffs. Tracks more than 2:30 in length with some real compositional content and identity is what I'm looking for. They CAN be video-game sounding tracks that loop twice or whatever, but they need to be pretty interesting and long all the same. * Tracks that are 95% or more made up of SNES instruments only, please. Not really interested in hybrids between SNES samples and other chip sounds or commercial samples. Super Audio Cart is fine. * It will be released on my Bandcamp page for free with information specifically crediting each artist for their tracks. I think that's all I have to write on that for now. Please PM me if interested. Thank you!
  24. To quote DarkeSword's original pitch for the album: Here are a couple of YouTube playlists with examples of entrances and theme songs. Also here are some sample diva theme songs for female wrestlers. You may notice that the presentation isn't just a song and a walk-on when the wrestler is introduced at an event. There's usually an introduction of some kind: sometimes a different piece of music, sometimes some kind of cheesy action sequence, sometimes just commentator banter. So we'll be making two different versions of this album: One "clean" version with just the wrestler themes, and one "event" version with all that extra stuff. This means that if you want to compose a short intro remix (30-90 seconds) to go with your main mix, that's an option--and an interesting chance to work with a very short source and a total lack of transition. Director: MindWanderer Co-Director: Chernabogue Check-In Dates: July 31, 2016 Nov. 20, 2016 April 15, 2017 July 15, 2017 Sept. 30, 2017 March 31, 2018 ReMixers First, we need ReMixers! Specifically, we need remixers who can produce songs that would work as wrestler intros. There's a fairly wide range of potential genres, but they're all loud, powerful, energetic, and epic. The playlists linked above are non-exhaustive examples you can use as a starting point. Tracklist Ultimately, I'd like to have an equal number of "faces" (heroes) and "heels" (villains and monsters). Some monsters come in pairs (The Creature and Igor, the Mummies), and if we use any of them, each one should have a corresponding tag team of heroes; this can either be a mashup of two character themes, or a single theme that covers two characters (e.g. John Morris and Eric Lecarde of Castlevania Bloodlines). Villain/monster mashups are also possible, counting as a tag team. Same thing goes for female characters: each female hero should be paired with a female villain. We can work all that when it gets close to the end, though. Here's my wish list of wrestlers, along with suggestions as to theme music. The specific music source for each isn't necessarily set in stone, but it's my opinion as to what the most appropriate choice for them would be. If you'd like to go in a different direction, I'd love to hear it! Must Have: Theme Song of CastleMania: Vampire Killer (Wrestlemania Theme Songs Reference) Simon Belmont: Theme of Simon Belmont Alucard: Dracula's Castle and/or The Tragic Prince - @mikedm92 Dracula: Dance of Illusions - @Chernabogue Death: Evil's Symphonic Poem (optionally: Heart of Fire) Other Suggestions: Closing Song/Second Theme Song: I Am the Wind (Vocals required) Heels, Male/Neuter: The Creature: Den of Worship, Rising, and/or Demon Seed (or The Creature and Igor: Walking on the Edge) - @DarkEco Golem: The Tower of Dolls or Stone King Golem Doppelganger: Riddle or Resonance of Malevolent Souls Galamoth: Galamoth's Realm, Robot Factory, or Curse Zone (Additional option: Crucial Moment) Olrox: Death Ballad and/or Dance of Pales Isaac: Young Nobleman of Madness Joachim Armster: Melancholy Joachim Walter Bernhard: Dark Night Toccata Brauner: Esquisse of Violence Albus: Sorrow's Distortion Heels, Female: Medusa: Cross Your Heart a.k.a. I'd also really like at least one Mexican-inspired remix (making one wrestler a luchador), one orchestral remix, and at least one explicit tribute to Xavier Woods (which includes funk, rap, and even EDM). Female wrestlers' themes are typified by female vocalists, either rap or heavily autotuned. More rap would also be great. Posted or accepted-to-be-posted remixers can just make a claim and dive right in. Anyone else, I'll need an audition of your most best, most appropriate work for the style we're looking for. Collaboration Resource List Anyone interested in collaborating, let me know what you want to do and I'll put you on the list. Electric guitarists and vocalists are especially needed. At the very least, we'll need 3: an announcer and two commentators. The wrestlers can, optionally, have monologues during their own songs, or dialogues with their opponents. We'll recruit for these when all music is at least at the substantial WIP stage Mastering Kind of goes without saying, but not without doing. Somewhat more involved in this than in most albums, since this person will be responsible for layering on the voiceovers and any audience effects. Art In addition to front and back cover art, I'd really like to have character art of each of the wrestlers. My personal vision is that none of the wrestlers actually be monsters, just actors dressed up like them, or even just vaguely related to them thematically. Real pro wrestling has wrestlers like "The Rock," "The Snake," and even "Boogeyman," so having monster names seems perfectly appropriate.
