JH Sounds Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 It took me a little while to realize she was adding sand to make the dark lines and shading. Amazing. Quote
BardicKnowledge Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Wow, this was breathtaking. Absoutely incredible stuff -- I wish we could get people like this for the American show, instead of talentless hack singers left and right. Quote
Meteo Xavier Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Bash not what geography simply has to work with - enjoy instead with what you have been given (such as that video.) Quote

The Damned Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 I request that this topic be retitled as Sandimation. Also, the subject was before, during and after WW2, as seen through the eyes of the people and the loss they experienced. My god, I'm a turkey-stuffed Canadian who plays zombies games all day, and even I knew that. Quote
FR Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 I wanted to be sure that I was right and I was Also, fuck you! Quote
The Coop Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Very nicely done. It's not often you see someone develop a painterly skill in such a seemingly offbeat medium, and she's quite good at it. Kudos to her for winning. I was a bit surprised to here the version of Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters" at the end of her performance. It fit given the musical style it was done in, but it still surprised me to hear it. Quote

Poke'G Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 I clicked on the link thinking, "Pfft, you can't animate sand." How wrong I was. Quote
