When I was trying to remix, I actually ended up not remixing, and created a new song, entirely.

I think that song turned out great, now if I could just get into the groove with my remix. I'm already cutting it close.. :/ Thanks, however, for giving the advice (and a bit of confidence).

I thought it was created around the Lydian scale? At least that's what my friend thought. Thanks though, I'll keep that in mind.

Something to also keep in mind: you aren't required to stick to the original mode.
