The Legendary Zoltan
http://www.ocremix.org/remix/OCR01317/ What the heck makes Cursed Bloodline a happy song? In contrast, I'd say that Juese Belmont is a very happy song, but my all time fave at the moment is "This Feeling," the remix from Phoenix Wright that OA made. All I wanna do is run along side a nice river in semi-slow motion when I hear that song.
Effector
http://www.ocremix.org/remix/OCR00105/ I know it's old and it's not the best produced, but damn, it never fails to make me happier.
Airwalker
You can't beat Bananaphone by Raffi. Man, I totally wish my cell-phone wasn't a 5 year-old dinosaur so I can make that my ringtone. Well, in the mean time, I can freak people out with the song on my stereo or in my car.

yangfeili
Tracks 2 and 16 from the Katamari Damacy soundtrack. You might check out Pizzicato Five as well (the singer did a track for We Love Katamari). Also, look up Shinohara Tomoe. I can't stand her, but I keep a few of her songs around for comedic effect. Brushfire
If you can find it, the second track from Katamari Fortissimo (Katamari on the Funk) is 10 mins. of pure heartwarming rolling up bliss.
Citris
Actually I have fallen deeply in love with Still Alive from Portal. I've listened to it dozens of times just to try to get it out of my head, I'm still not tired of it.
whatfruit
I Love love you (hyper super dimension mix) on the Jet set Radio Future soundtrack is a must. Also "higher place" by N-joi Basement Jaxx "Romeo" personal pref

The Mutericator
does not compute It works, trust me. Once you start getting sick of hearing it, you can switch to another song and it will get stuck in your head instead.
Citris
does not compute Once I memorize it it will just go into my mental jukebox storage rather than staying in the foreground playing over and over trying to remember all of it. Brushfire
That doesn't count as a song. People who try to use "la la's, na na's, or doot do's" as legit lyrics aren't cool. Houki Boshi by Yui is pretty happy too.

Brushfire
My point exactly. That song by Limozeen called "Feed the Childrens" is a perfect example.
