    None of those mean squat, the sad fact is. You can find virused software with equally high numbers of download and high marks (though they are fake in this context) too. Numbers and marks a remix does not make. So? Even Big Giant Circles got a mix rejected a few months ago. I'd think it silly to go on a quest to find any of our more prominent remixers who have never been rejected. How do you even do something like that? You didn't finish it and you submitted it anyway? I'm confused.

    While we're on the subject, are you guys sending back the appropriate royalties to Square-Enix for commercial distribution of music that is remixed from theirs? They are pretty tough on that.

    Nothing can ever be too new age. Ever. Celtic rock is good in small doses, but after a while it becomes clear its just drinking music. After a while everyone becomes too inebriated to figure out they just heard that same song not too long ago.

    God, its fate you would bring up Iona. The lady who sings English for Yasunori Mitsuda, Joanne Hogg, is the singer for Iona. They actually played here last year and I think I met her. Fuck, I hope they come back. This time I won't lie to her about not having money.

    I've heard some Secret Garden, but some of that gets too much for me, especially when the music here is so much more perfectly balanced. I'm trying to learn Track 10 for my last track on my new age/ambient CD I'm working on.

    Whilst talking with CotMM, I came across Youtube versions of my absolute FAVORITE Celtic Music CD I've ever bought. It was a cheapy at Wal-Mart, but man if I paid full price for it I'd be glad to. Its very ambient and not very Irish-Celtic, for those of you who maybe want fast trills and very specifically tuned fiddles. Its a bit like a cross between Enya and Y. Mitsuda and I just wanted to share it for others who may enjoy it. (I also encourage buying the physical CD if you find it. It really is worth the money.) - White Sail - Cry of the Wind - Moon Dance - Woodland Ride - Ancient Wisdom - Hills of Myst - Aos Dana - Fields of Rain - Highland Dawn - Prophecy (Strange title for such a sleepy song...)
