  1. That's good. It seems the height of foolishness to cancel an album when most of it is done.
  2. Hmm, ok. Btw, if anyone needs live violin I can help out.
  3. I see recruiting remixers in the title, but I don't see any open WIPs...
  4. Melodyne can handle polyphonic material like guitar chords. If you want to send the rhythm guitar track to me I'll be happy to run it through melodyne.
  5. Rhythm guitar still seems off, though better. Rather than retrack maybe just try to pitch shift it into tune. Lead guitar is noticeably off. It caused my cat to attack my face (ok not really). I'd say at this point just run it through some pitch correction software. I get the punk vibe you're going for, but ya still gotta be in tune.
  6. I can actually imagine this track in a Kirby game, it has a nice unobtrusive feel to it. Something about the snare sound bothers me.
  7. yea, that was pretty nice. The drums and percussion didn't really turn my crank, particularly the hihat/tambourine that becomes like a dentist's drill after awhile.
  8. Lots of low-mid clutter when everything is going. I'm leaning towards the cello sound as the main offender, but the bass and kick aren't EQ'd optimally either.
  9. Thanks, I'm just trying to gauge interest for the mo. RiverSound, while being a heartless bastard, was also correct in his assessment that there are a crapload of projects going on. So I dunno. Guess it depends if enough people express interest.
  10. Looks like this album will be released well before Balance and Ruin.
  11. my only friend the end Goodbye cruel world.
  12. It's too late, I've already sunk into a deep depression.
  13. fuck me, that's not much time to do a track. Hmmm. *strokes beard*
  14. Nah mang, just keep at it. Making mixes for OCR is pretty hard.
  15. Co-signed on Elder Kirby's comments. Also, I'm having a little trouble picking out the source. I would like to hear the ubiquitous sine melody in a less modified form. After getting to the end of the song and not hearing it I kinda felt unfulfilled, you know? For me the gold standard arrangement of this track is by Zircon and C-GPO. Listen to how they expand on the theme while still keeping it very recognizable.
