So are we organizing? I'm all for this. If EVERYONE sends them an eMail, it'll help get the message across. They'd rather just take them down then mess with it, I'd hope. Honestly, we all know they're not getting rich off our video game soundtrack arrangements, but the megastart music they have up there. Is it just a free-for-all that we're going to take the form letter and send it or are we organizing? The latest Bad Dudes album is up there and we should look for any other friends with original or arranged music so we can all work together to request the albums removed - make sense? Power in numbers, baby!

This track is awesome. I'm so glad I clicked this thread. I love how, at the end, she sings a little bit just to remind everyone that she can sing better than pretty much everybody. Hey, guys? Hey, everyone? This is simple: There's the music you like. There's the music you don't like. Can we leave it at that? Making statements like, "music is terrible now. Serious! I'm so frustrated with everything I do (even rock) being referred to as Jazz. If you played this tune for a REAL Jazz musician, they would scoff and possibly laugh at you if you told them it was "Jazz." I don't want Jazz musicians thinking that what I say I do is Jazz as I feel it would reflect poorly on me, making me seem ignorant. Let's just all take it easy on labelling something as Jazz just because it has 7 or 9 chords and/or a saxophone. Just listen to the audio examples I gave. It's pretty clear what is Jazz music. The influence of Jazz music can be found in all styles of music, but I think "Jazz" as a label/genre is much more narrow.

Jazz: Drum 'n Bass: I appreciate the praise but this is not Jazz music. There is no walking bass line and no improvisation. I hope you all will check out the full "Metroid Arrange 25th Anniversary Album." Thanks!

That's what a Limited Edition is all about! Also, buying off of Bandcamp is much better for the artist and the consumer since as a consumer, you can get whatever format you like and bonus items like the complete album artwork instead of just the cover art offered by iTunes and Amazon. And the artist gets more of the share where iTunes takes over 30%. It is my hope that everyone will switch to Bandcamp. It's better for everyone!

I did the biggest movie-style double take on this one. I listened to every track today without looking at track names or artist names to get an unbiased opinion. When I was digging this and looked down I didn't even process it. Hence the massive double take. So awesome to see Stephen come back. This is one of the three tracks I loved from this project. Great work and hope there will be more from Stephen Kennedy!
