There's nothing like re-using music that's already composed. Tempo changes!

OCR02067 - Chrono Trigger "Pipe Dream Mystics"
JadeAuto replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
Another nicely crafted, well excecuted song from bLiNd. Can't go wrong. I like the take on this song off the CT soundtrack, too - we've heard it so many times in piano and soft, elegant mixes, it's about time we had something with fire and energy. Good job. -

Bummer Mirby. Anyways, another update: I'm out of the game, I have family who never comes to visit who informed me that they'll be here "sometime the week of August 8th"... which blows my attendance to this meetup to hell. I'll catch ya next mission. (Yosho, sorry man... I'd drive you down if I could. Gave you a heads up a bit ago) -
OCR01880 - Final Fantasy IV "Somewhere to Hide"

I haven't posted how much I love this track yet? o.0 This song is one of my five top tracks on the FFIV project. Can't go wrong with it. Just took a dark piece, and made it drip with pure awesomeness. Good job! -

Heh, the guy went back to his original band. How is calling the composer "the writer" blasphemy? Other than using a more generic word for the task.

Stream of Passion. Their First CD is epic-ly awesome (Embrace the Storm). Calliopeia - Deciever - I know they aren't true metal, but they kick ass anyways. Their 2nd CD isn't near as good, as the writer went back to his first band.

Bump for great justice. Can't wait for Episode 7. BTW, I've been listening to the first six constantly at work and while I drive. Danger is fantastic, I bought the EP just from hearing him on ep. 5. Just can't get enough. Waiting for Pendulum's release, too. -
Congrats! 10charwhat!

I had to google to get mine, but it seems if you open one of your picture albums, the ID# is listed in the URL. It's a makeshift lookup until the code can be modified. Don't know how complex that kind of change would be.

I once saw a man about a Kazoo ... maybe we should make bumpers using Kazoo modulated voices. Hmmm... -
Stream of Passion - Calliopeia

I hate to ressurect old threads, but this one needs it. Avatar's out on DVD/Blu-Ray now. I watched it for the first time tonight. I kept away from the hype machine long enough to have a fairly unbiased opinion. This movie was great. Yes, the storyline had a few odd kinks in it (that were already mentioned in this thread), but... all things aside, it was fantastic. I liked how most of the story was just introduced on the fly. They also didn't have a problem killing characters off. Most 'mainstream' movies don't do that very well; or at least, they don't do that to major characters often. We had what, four or five get knocked off in the final battle? In closing: I wish I had seen this one in a theater. But owning a copy, that's fair enough for me.

OCR02018 - Team Fortress 2 "Electrodispenser"
JadeAuto replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
This is fantastic stuff. Really deep, throbbing sound. Crank this sucka up on a high powered sound system (or a nice set of headphones) and let it blow your mind. Great stuff, Zircon. Loved the ending bit. -
OCR02025 - Gradius III "Space Ace"

When I grow up, I wanna remix and write electronica like bLiNd! ... oh wait, I'm grown up already and don't have that skill? ... crap. Anyways, fantastic mix, when are you going to record your set and post it for the world to hear? -
