weekends are good. and this time i should be able to make it.

Whew. This should prove to be entertaining. I can't wait for my turn. Hoping we have some fun with this.

So I just got in the beta... pretty awesome. I'm loving it.

a time limit on how long we wait for people would be a good idea. Maybe 3-4 days? And if someone's lazy, they get kicked to the end of the player queue and given another chance. If they miss that too, out they go?

I would be very interested in this. I tried getting a succession game going awhile back but we never picked up enough interest to get it going. My problem was usually learning how to do the advanced crafting and dwarf management above ~25 or so dwarves.

Working on weight reduction. Was at 320 at my peak. Down to 308. Ultimate goal is ~200. I was 180 10 years ago. Darnable desk jobs. Go go gym membership.

It's no longer saying suspended, it's saying terminated. This isn't cool. I wonder what happened. I'm sure the admins will let us know what kind of drama they're going through when they have a moment. I will say, whoever caused this, shame on them.

I think they did it because they had some random idea that it takes forever to find 5 people. So silly. EQ was way crazier with 6 in the group. Tank/Cleric/Chanter was almost always required. Or a bard. A good bard.

Yeah, 4 people per group just makes it awkward. Forces more healers and tanks.

Got to be in last weekend's beta. Had a lot of fun. Gave me the time to pick the classes I'm going after when it releases live. Sith Sorcerer (heals+ranged dps, it's win/win) And one other, I'm torn between the Jedi and the Smuggler. :/

Made it to emberlight, got partial tier 3, working on crowns for the t4 recipies. Heh, I picked it up a tad fast yesterday. Had some really, really nice people I was playing with.

I have always enjoyed this song. Wish I could do something with the kind of minor-key riff that's present at the start... it haunts my mind at the strangest times.

What it taught me last night is that I for some reason have a decent grip on protoss play, yet my Terran is rusty and my Zerg (which i want to excel in) I have no clue on. Someone want to practice with me tonight?

Finished my placement league matches. Slaughtered the first two games, Terran, then Zerg (I'm playing random). Was Protoss games 3, 4, and 5. Literally slaughtered doing early void rays... though in game 5, i got DT'd, and it was a race to see who could take out the other's base first. I lost by a building or two *laughing* Placement: Gold, 37th in the league (out of 100)
