I got 2 laptop batteries, My battery life was about 10Minutes, and now its well over 2hrs for each battery. Some sweatpants, some money. And my mother always gets me toothbrushes every year even if I have one. Ok so I bought my brother Socom for PSP and when he opened it there was no game in it. it was a brand new game, but it was empty. strangest thing... I dont see walmart believing me "I swear there was no game in there"

Could some one explain to me how importing hurts companies? I always figured that if Nintendo (or any other company) makes an item and they sell it. They get the money from the retailers. Then after that any transaction made with their item will not benefit or harm them at all. well thats how I figured it was. So whats there deal?
