  1. Decent, although not my favorite one. However, there were several parts in there I really liked because it had a MegaMan X type of sound. Overall, good job on and keep on working on mixes:smile:
  2. If it says dreamcreatorstudios@yahoo.com, its definitely me. Anyway, sorry about that ordeal and thanks for your help; once again, good luck.
  3. hello, i was wondering if could get a new sig. What i want is a bright white sig bakckground with gold along the edges and have a partly faded man in the middle, who would also be blurred into three different persons or projections and then have in Large, gold letters: The Lone Ranger, and then in small, golden letters say: Dream Creator Studios President, Musician and Writer. Once again, sorry for being so picky and just do the best that you can, ok? Thanks a lot.
  4. The only reason i was concerned is because it said fill out all blanks or whatever above, and the message part was up there.
  5. I sent the message to become on the mailing list but i didn't type anything in the message box, so if you see one like that its probably mine.
  6. Happy Birthday dude! What are your plans for your birthday?
  7. This should be quite interesting, your works have always been very unique and flat out awesome so i'm very curious how your album is going to be. I'm also a big Enya fan which influences it a lot too. Good luck, pixietricks.
  8. It's actually a very interesting subject, although I'm not the greatest remixer out there, I could still possibly do something depending on what the circumstances are. Also, would this be like a collaboration, or would it basically be an editing job? That also would affect whether I would be interested or not. P.S. My program is Garageband, which isn't as professional as many programs, but I don't think it would affect anything to a great extent.
  9. I haven't actually watched the show myself, but my brother watches it and says it's pretty interesting. Hopefully i'll be able to have the time to watch it at some point in time, but currently i'm too busy with my other occupations to start watching a series like that.
  10. Very interesting, a set of beats combined with classical instruments; definitely something new and quite remarkable. I honestly can't think of some kind of criticism to give it. Great job!
  11. Ah, that explains it then. In that case, im not really sure.
  12. If you're looking to do a professional remix and try and submit it on ocr, you have to start from scratch. Meaning, you can't just take a music file and change sounds/properties, you have to recreate the notes from the song and add instruments of you're own to use as the instrument for the song(preferably something creative and different from the original), add even your own side instrumental compositions to flow along with the main notes from the video game you're remixing. I may be wrong, but I think you're actually allowed to add parts that are not from the video game so long as it's not the majority of the song, like a 12-22 second part that isnt from the video game I think could be used, but if you use something like that it has to be pretty small otherwise it's like a partial original song. Once again, if you're looking to remix something and possibly submit it to ocr, you have to do it yourself.
  13. Maybe it doesnt work the same or at all on a PC, but I have used this process and know for a fact that it works, but sometimes it can be stupid and not allow you to open the file as a media, but it works quite a bit of the time, but im pretty sure it works on a PC. As for the iTunes way, I can guarantee you that the method for iTunes works on both Mac and PC, the only difference would be how it appears or where.
  14. I know that if you have iTunes you can convert to mp3. As for doing it normally, im not sure. To answer this first, Do you have iTunes? As for outside of iTunes, you can also change the type of file on the desktop, although it doesnt always work. As for this method, you click on the name of the file, which is below the actual file, sometimes you have to click on it two times. Then, depending on the file type it is, it will say "whateversong.wav" or .m4a, etc. You delete that part so it says "whateversong.", and then you type in "mp3". Click on the desktop, then it will ask you if you want to make this change, and it will have two options, "change to .mp3" or "keep .m4a", or whatever. Then you would choose "change to mp3". That is the way it works on a Mac, but I think its pretty much the same on a PC. As for doing it in iTunes, you would go under the iTunes bar at the top or bottom depending whether you have a PC or Mac, then you would click "preferences". Then go under "Advanced", it will be split into 3 groups, General, Importing, and Exporting. Then you select "Importing", you then go under "Import Using", which will appear as one of the options under "Importing". You would then select "MP3 Encoder", then press at the bottom, "OK", which will close the menu. Then you right click(or press control and left click for those who use Macs) the song you wish to convert. One of the options will be "Convert Selection to MP3", you would choose this. Then it converts the song/songs you selected to mp3 format, therefore you have your mp3.
  15. Great job on this! Im not particularly fond of this genre of music, but its pretty good quality and sounds pretty good in itself. Great mix!
  16. sorry about that, link wasnt working. Link:http://download.yousendit.com/676F91C156EA7B25
  17. hello everybody, this is one of my original songs. I know its kind of simple, but its hard to think of something that would make it sound better other than drums, however currently i cant find a good drum for this song. Link:http://http://download.yousendit.com/9E5AD3AF5OD8C220
  18. This is pretty awesome, its hard to judge what would be wrong with a song like this. For the time being, great job!
  19. im not fond of that genre of music, production wise though it was pretty good. However, it sounded like a big loop with switching backgrounds, you need to make it a true song. Like have a 15 sec. break from that whole thing and do some other instrumental things with it and somehow make more unique. Keep trying!
  20. This is pretty awesome, it has a nice blend of trance and DDR style music, arranged in a way to combine them. However, one of the sounds in the background were too high, which also made it sound chaotic, I like where this is going though. Keep up the good work!
  21. its pretty good quality, although im not that good at rating the quality of trance or instruments like that. its very repetive, it would be a pretty good loop, or more accurately a few good loops, but there is no substance to the song, it has no main goal, no developing creation at all. it doesnt work as a song in itself, but you could use it as a loop in a different song. good job for a first time though!
