  1. Nekofrog is simply epic on guitar, he really is. This really has a "just before the real fight begins" feel to it, with melody and beat just waiting to break out. The fade out doesn't bother me considering the sound this brings. The voice clip was a little tough to hear, but really I can't find a problem with this ReMix. Nice work.
  2. Pretty cool electronic ReMix. The percussion was sweet and the ethnic flavor made this work completely. The breakdown was a great touch with the little monkey yelps and I'm loving the energy of this. Nice work.
  3. Oh hell yeah! Love that intro right before it kicks it up with that heavy metal riff. Honestly, the title source I was not expecting like this, but it sounds amazing. And those bells that kicked in later on just added.....more to it. The little voice bit was a nice add on and between the arrangement, production and guitar work, this is one of the best ReMixes I've heard in a while. This would be the most badass waltz in history to have.
  4. Wow, this is some kind of crunchy, dirty goodness! But what else can you expect from someone like Zircon? Those reverbs are just plain sick, and the arrangement along with it was really well done. Hard-hitting stuff and I'm loving it!
  5. Pretty sweet guitar and drum playing here. The breakdown and piano bits made for a good break in between the sections, and I'm really fond of the ending.
  6. Impressive electronica work. Very solid, enjoyable and listenable. I'm loving the beat to this and the backing melody. Great debut track.
  7. Whoa, first off, that sax.....so sexy. I love the lyrics and vocals to this ReMix, and while I do enjoy the echo in it, it sounded like there was just a hair too much echo on every part except for the when the sax cut and other parts cut off and we got to the more organy parts. I think it was just a little too busy, that's all, no big deal. Honestly, besides that little nitpick, this is a very cool mix. I even liked the fading ending.
  8. Probably my favorite Fishy song yet. The slow intro building the ReMix up was brilliant, and when those guitars opened up, shit got real. This is how you do battle themes. I heard the Pendulum influence as well, which makes this ReMix even better. Nice dark break in the middle there, I love how it rebuilds from there to drive the intensity back in. Nice change-up right after the sample, that made me grin. Simply amazing.
  9. Dude, I could totally hear this in bloodsport or kickboxer or something of the like. And thank god for the voice sample in the beginning because I wouldn't be able to pronounce the title. Terrific work with the synth and drums, you got my love for 80's just a-going. Nice work, WillRock.
  10. The title gave me a good laugh and a mental image I would care not to share. This ReMix is funky as hell and it just comes off as weird and crazy, which is pretty cool. I can get a haunting vibe out of it near the end. The moans weren't as good as they could have been, but they were out of the way enough to add to the song, rather than take away from it, so great job. Nice stuff.
  11. Oooh, baby! Those guitars! Let the wahwahs loose! As much as I hated the zone itself, I've always loved the tune for this stage, and Prince of Darkness just let loose a flurry of awesome sauce with this funky ReMix. And those solos and original points were....well, on point. Wonderful arrangement by PoD and GB. We have a winner here.
  12. Wooo, boy, this was a long one. But for good reason. The piano was nicely built up and the playing was nicely done. I didn't hear any production issues and the arrangement was nice. This ReMix could really be good for listening to while reading. Excellent.
  13. This is a work of art. I think that this really does a great job of having a good zen feeling to it that is peaceful, but too chill. Loving the storming effects. The only thing that would have made this better is if the rain and thunder continued through the whole song, but that's just me. Amazing electronica work here. I really love it.
  14. A bit short, but it's pretty good as far as the percussion mixed with electro-stral elements on it. Sounds like something out of a tense travel moment in a movie a few years back. Great work.
  15. Great rocking ReMix right here. Enough variation to keep the interest going, good playing of the instruments and the production holds up well. All around a good ReMix.
  16. I say this a lot, but it's true. Solo piano, when done right, can be great for almost any source. This is excellent playing and a wonderful performance. Not knowing the source helped me focus a little more on the production and arrangement of this ReMix, and this was a great song for sure. Great job.
  17. I really like the shifting radio intro, and this has fantastic guitar playing. Love the ska bit, which is always welcomed and yes, that groovy keyboarding was awesome. Gotta love that dirty little Punk sound coming out of this Outrun tune. I liked the ending, but damn, poor Ferrari.
  18. Solo piano for a ReMix is simply gorgeous. That's all that really needs to be said. Anyone who has a taste for solo piano can be rewarded with performances like this one, no matter what the source, and I think Lava Reef 2/ Hidden Palace was an excellent choice here. The playing is magnificent, the production was great and I like the arrangement. Downloaded so damn fast......
  19. Did I hear the warp star SFX in there? Anyway, love the chiptune for this one. Sounds good for a nice relaxing laid-back feel. Sounds warm and inviting, and this one is got a bit of a peaceful quality. Great work.
  20. Those vocals are absolutely beautiful and that electronic beat behind it is hot. Seriously, this is a sweet nearly eight minute ride that screams trance which is surprisingly on quite a lot of Wild Arms tracks. Nice stuff.
  21. Nice and smooth. That funk guitar reminded me of Launch Base at some points and while this is a bit more energy filled than chill, it's got a great flow going. Love how the flute was used and the beat is very cool. Great ReMix.
  22. Holy hell, this started playing before I read the write-up or anything else, and I was like "That is Justice from head to toe, yes!". Ha, the distortion was amazing and....and dat bass......whoa, yeah, this is recommended for sure. PR never seems to let up on the epic-as-hell button with his ReMixes.
  23. Very sad sounding, almost like a forlorn tribute more than a lullaby. I barely caught the western sound of some of it, but I hear it. Some of the production seems just a little bit sharp, but that's doesn't really bug me. And other than that, this is a great ReMix. Nice harmony with the harmonica.
  24. Man, this really sounds like something out of a club. Charming and with the background talking, makes it feel almost like you're there. Can't do much about some of the production on these live "one shot" ReMixes, but I still think the audio held up well. Nice and swanky and lives up to the big band sound. About the only thing I wasn't crazy about with the drum solo. Got a tad bit carried away, but oh well. Nicely done, y'all earned another pint of Amsterdam.
