  1. This is a work of art. I think that this really does a great job of having a good zen feeling to it that is peaceful, but too chill. Loving the storming effects. The only thing that would have made this better is if the rain and thunder continued through the whole song, but that's just me. Amazing electronica work here. I really love it.
  2. A bit short, but it's pretty good as far as the percussion mixed with electro-stral elements on it. Sounds like something out of a tense travel moment in a movie a few years back. Great work.
  3. Great rocking ReMix right here. Enough variation to keep the interest going, good playing of the instruments and the production holds up well. All around a good ReMix.
  4. I say this a lot, but it's true. Solo piano, when done right, can be great for almost any source. This is excellent playing and a wonderful performance. Not knowing the source helped me focus a little more on the production and arrangement of this ReMix, and this was a great song for sure. Great job.
  5. I really like the shifting radio intro, and this has fantastic guitar playing. Love the ska bit, which is always welcomed and yes, that groovy keyboarding was awesome. Gotta love that dirty little Punk sound coming out of this Outrun tune. I liked the ending, but damn, poor Ferrari.
  6. Solo piano for a ReMix is simply gorgeous. That's all that really needs to be said. Anyone who has a taste for solo piano can be rewarded with performances like this one, no matter what the source, and I think Lava Reef 2/ Hidden Palace was an excellent choice here. The playing is magnificent, the production was great and I like the arrangement. Downloaded so damn fast......
  7. Did I hear the warp star SFX in there? Anyway, love the chiptune for this one. Sounds good for a nice relaxing laid-back feel. Sounds warm and inviting, and this one is got a bit of a peaceful quality. Great work.
  8. Those vocals are absolutely beautiful and that electronic beat behind it is hot. Seriously, this is a sweet nearly eight minute ride that screams trance which is surprisingly on quite a lot of Wild Arms tracks. Nice stuff.
  9. Nice and smooth. That funk guitar reminded me of Launch Base at some points and while this is a bit more energy filled than chill, it's got a great flow going. Love how the flute was used and the beat is very cool. Great ReMix.
  10. Holy hell, this started playing before I read the write-up or anything else, and I was like "That is Justice from head to toe, yes!". Ha, the distortion was amazing and....and dat bass......whoa, yeah, this is recommended for sure. PR never seems to let up on the epic-as-hell button with his ReMixes.
  11. Very sad sounding, almost like a forlorn tribute more than a lullaby. I barely caught the western sound of some of it, but I hear it. Some of the production seems just a little bit sharp, but that's doesn't really bug me. And other than that, this is a great ReMix. Nice harmony with the harmonica.
  12. Man, this really sounds like something out of a club. Charming and with the background talking, makes it feel almost like you're there. Can't do much about some of the production on these live "one shot" ReMixes, but I still think the audio held up well. Nice and swanky and lives up to the big band sound. About the only thing I wasn't crazy about with the drum solo. Got a tad bit carried away, but oh well. Nicely done, y'all earned another pint of Amsterdam.
  13. Two words that I can think of to describe this ReMix would be "grand" and "epic". It really does sound like a war movie theme, especially with those drums and ascending strings. Such a great orchestration of the themes here. Awesome ending as well.
  14. Diggin' the electronic sound of this one. Lots of energy and while I agree with the judges that the drums are a bit meh, the whole ReMix is great. This is a risk that I think paid off extremely well for you, WillRock. As for "not getting the sound right", I think that actually helped this ReMix by sounding a hair off. It came off unique and cool, so kudos.
  15. So good to hear the half-shell opening this ReMix up for the intro, then kick in with some mean-ass guitar. Seriously, that guitar is a bully, that's how mean it is. Damn good work in the drumming sections as well. This is pure rock and I can dig every part of it, especially the "hey, hey!" parts with the Technodrome spiced with some half-shell.
  16. Oh yes! I love solo piano pieces so much. Not familiar with the source, but from what I hear, the playing was done well here. Great arrangement, better production than some piano pieces I've heard before and a nice touch of happy, quirky jabs. I agree with the Peanuts vibe in some areas. Sweet stuff.
  17. Crazy. I love the energy of this chip-tune ReMix right here. I love how it has almost a strange mix between real and chip, which melds together nicely. The bits around 2:20 was cool, and right after that was my favorite part. Hard to describe, but I loved it. Nice work.
  18. Man, lots of great energy, which is really fitting for what the ReMix is of. The beat is hot and I love the mix of semi-chip-fi and electronica. I don't think I've heard another ReMix exactly like this in sound, and unique is almost always good, so A+ here. Minibadass indeed.
  19. Metal from the Dual Dragons, I already knew this was going to be a beast of a ReMix, and I was right. A little bit tamed in speed and power compared to the other stuff I've heard from them, but just as good. Those guitars hit hard and the drumming work is wonderful. Everyone else has mentioned the ending, so I don't think I need to, but other than that, an ace performance, fellas.
  20. I'm enjoying the use of Berimbau, acoustic guitars and bass here. It paints a good, laid-back picture which was a surprise considering the source. Sounds great and peaceful, but with some energy behind it. Nice ReMix.
  21. Cool happy tune that brings up a smile once the main melody kicks in. Some of the samples came off a bit loud, but that's no huge deal to me. I hear a bit of Sonic-like qualities in this mix, and that's great. Chip tunes and happy, bubbly music, it's like PB and J. Digging the ending as well.
  22. Pretty sweet. Stays really close to the original up until that later part, but that's not a bad thing with sources like this. Love the piano work (which I always thought fit the source 100%) and the bass was nice as well. Soft and smooth, this jazzy little piece is very nicely done.
  23. Piano, organ, hot-beat bass and vinyl scratching in one ReMix? Yes! I think it'd be a bit redundant to say why I love Morse's style of work at this point, but the man is the master of funk and groove. Damn good mix and a wonderful album.
  24. Jazzy-latin with an organ intro. Pretty rad. When you need to kick back and get your tropics on, you call Morse and this ReMix is one of examples why. I never heard the original, so going off of this, I really enjoyed the instrumentation used, especially the solo at the end.
  25. Definitely a head-nodder that has a great vibe to it. It's so odd to hear a rendition of this theme in anything other than gothic, but that's not a bad thing. Morse made this work to perfection and I found myself grooving to it. I really like how this is borderline tropical. So cool.
