Absolutely agree about Wario Mountain. Was completely caught off-gaurd the first time Lakitu told me I was on "lap" 2 and it didn't look familiar at all. One of my favorite things in the whole game is going through those areas where light is reflecting off water on the course. Like in Dolphin Shoals, when I've ridden over the eel and pop out of the water...the lighting there just gives me goosebumps. Basically the same deal making that last turn in Donut Plains 3.

If you haven't picked up Mario Kart 8 yet, Toys R Us has a deal going through tomorrow that will get you 40% off a second game. Throw in the free download (Wii U party for me, since the other options equal my library...), and you're looking at 3 games for under $100.

I've always been curious, how is the number of "Active Members" determined? More importantly, why has that number been dropping? I haven't made any notes or anything, but I peek at that corner of the page almost daily. I remember a few years ago it was around 1300, and it has slowly and steadily declined and is now well under half that amount. I imagine Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter are all the OCR interaction a lot of people need. Still, if there's more to it than that, it seems like a discussion worth having.

I'm pretty sure if you dig deep enough through the comments of his videos, just about every song will get a mention at some point. At the very least, the theory holds true for this song.

This could be any number of things, but there is a lot of troubleshooting help available. When it was happening to me, it was a fairly obscure problem with a simple fix: disable your wireless adapter. If that's not it, good luck!

I've been reading through bits of the thread for the Xenogears album. It started off REALLY rough (with a handful of detractors immediately condemning it to failure). There are some good things to consider in the first few pages, and some encouragement knowing that the directors saw it through to fruition. I think it's safe to say that both of them, and Avaris in particular, willed that project into overcoming some long odds. And being any less persistent than they were is the most likely way to see this project fall short. But some passion, talent, and vision can offer great results. Best of luck!
