MAGFest 12 (2014) Picture/Audio/Video Thread
Xarnax42 replied to Level 99's topic in General Discussion
Got a few videos of DrumUltimA, bustatunez, and co. jamming just outside the mainstage. I got a bit too close, it seems...there are some clipping and balance issues in a couple of them. Still, you guys were fantastic. Could have listened for hours. Enjoy! -
I'll add and edit as I find time, but off the top of my head, these have some great energy. *Final Fantasy VII - Fight On! *I'm sure these have remixes lying around that are even better suited to your needs.

Happy belated birthday! Since I'm sure you've long since demolished your initial birthday cake, here's round 2 - a low-level, minimalist edition! Enjoy!

I shipped something to my recipient via Amazon prime that should have arrived or will very soon. I received a package shipped Amazon prime today that was about the weight and size of the gift I sent. I was really worried that I accidentally posted the wrong address. Fortunately, it was merely coincidence, and now I have a fancy new game that I've never heard of but am very much looking forward to learning how to play. Thanks Capa!

Man, other people already getting gifts and my Santa probably doesn't even know where to start. Sorry! I own all the Nintendo consoles, a PS2, PS3, and a 3DS. My retro library has just recently begun to grow again, so I'd definitely be interested in some of your favorite NES or SNES titles. I also have my eyes on a few games on Virtual Console, most particularly Earthbound and the Zelda Oracle games. My DAW is Reason, and I just purchased the Impact Soundworks bundle, but other than that, I don't have anything beyond the packaged sounds. I enjoy puzzles and board games. Practical gifts are great, too. Nothing more comfortable than a new pair of socks. Everyone needs rechargeable batteries. My car won't last forever and I'd be willing to put it aside for a new one. I love gadgets and peripheral equipment for my computer. Ummm....hopefully, there's something there that sparks an idea.

What's that? Don't have a 3DS yet? $109.99 package includes Paper Mario: Sticker Star and a refurbished 3DS. http://www.groupon.com/deals/gg-refurbished-3ds-console-and-game-bundle

I don't remember this ever coming up, but if you've got anything from my build that you wanted to share, go right ahead. Everything's still smooth as sax.

Absolutely.

In the last GMRB, I ended up with my fifth choice. If you're going for 32 particpants, 3 may not be enough. Also, I'd love to get in on this, but I've got a bit going on and the timing's not great for me. Plus, if I am gonna music, I think I'm gonna finally start tackling some other stuff I've got planned, and maybe flesh out some of my WIPs from other compos. EDIT: As long as you know the dates you'll be gone, you should be fine. Just let Brandon know, and he can make sure you're in the bracket that won't be mixing that week.

If you keep all your ReMixes in the same folder, here's a playlist of every suggested track in .txt Just change "FilePath" to your directory, and save as m3u (or whatever) and it's good to go. Also, direct links to each track.

I got on the Bear McCreary bandwagon with Sarah Connor Chronicles. This elevates my level of respect to nigh-unreachable heights.

Signature confirmed. Xarnax is go. -
Man, for a project of this size with this many people, it's crazy to realize it's already in eval less than a year after the first post. Hats off to all of you.

Rock Band. For the drugs.

Man, I think this was the first project that I was really excited about when I discovered OCR. Dragon Warrior is synonymous with my childhood. And I've got a few album ideas I've been tossing around. I think any degree of project experience under my belt would help a lot, and I really want to see this one moving again.
