Hey, you can't blame the guy. It is really annoying getting the same PM's over and over again about something that isn't your responsibility. JJT hazed me in his remixer bio, asking everyone who wants his sheet music to email me. I don't even bother responding anymore. Serves him right! Grumble... HAHAHAHAHA. Oh man, why didn't I ever think of that? I think Larry is about to get a lot of weird e-mails now...

It's too bad most people waste their trial on solo missions/mining. Once you get into a good corp, the game really kicks up.

It's painful to go back to World Warrior now. And assuming that it doesn't have online play...yeah, definitely not worth the 8 bucks.

Congrats on the milestone. I have some fond memories of checking VGMusic for my favorite tracks since I didn't have the bandwidth to download MP3s. Still, perhaps this would be an opportune time to consider a redesign? I mean, the site doesn't even have a search function, or anyway to sort by anything other than system/game. It'd be a colossal undertaking to be sure, but I think it'd be worth it and might go a ways towards revitalizing the site.

Even though I really liked Enterprise, I'm not going to try to defend it here except to say that at least the characters weren't cardboard cutouts like Voyager's and, to some extent, TNG's. Yes, that made them a bit boring, but it's hard to come up with characters with interesting personalities and backgrounds who aren't complete stereotypes.

I don't think OCR is really hurting for Zelda64 mixes. There's a project in progress at VGMix though, so you might consider joining that. I'm all for a Majora's Mask project though. But maybe later...there are way too many projects going on right now.

Not to mention it becomes slightly unfair to the people who already did a track for the project for no reward at all. Yeah, they could do another one, but then that'd be two for the price of one. Oh well, hopefully the incentive gets this competition some good turnout so we can finally get this project out the door. Good luck everyone!

Well, technically the guy never said it would be a site project. The OCR queue is pretty crowded with projects already, but if you can gather the manpower, willpower, and hosting to pull this thing together yourself, then more power to ya.

DSes are region-free, so yeah it'll work, although everything will still be in Japanese. As for how good it is...I've heard it's a fun standalone fighter, but I think most of the appeal is from all the characters. So it probably depends on how much you like DBZ, Yu-gi-oh, One Piece, Shaman King, Kenshin, Death Note, etc.

Good luck on the judging. If it comes to the worst and you're rejected on grounds of the vocals, I strongly suggest that you submit the original instrumental. It's strong enough to stand on its own, IMO.
