    Thank you! It's really fun! Also, another WAV from Rockos! He has emerged as one of the MVPs of the album, not just making amazing songs but making them quickly. It is VERY appreciated! We're up to SEVEN (7) finished songs for the album which is SUPER promising. Sure, there's still a lot to go, but to have such a strong foundation is very good for us. Thank you all so much.

    I got a Darksiders 2 remix coming to OCR so needless to say I disagree with you! I can only remix something if it has very good hooks and is very enjoyable music... Darksiders 2 falls into that category IMO.. While that may be subjective, it's also fairly objective, cause like I said, I physically cannot remix something unless it has good hooks and is melodic. I'd hope you'd see that trend in my remixing history if you took a gander... What is "generic" as a description for music in regards to the difference between classic VGM? Was classic vgm not generic compared to Darksiders 2? I think the DS2 OST is super strong so this might be difficult to clarify...

    I dunno, I had like a hip cramp or a leg thigh cramp a couple days ago, and now my legs feel like they keep getting weaker and weaker. It's weird. Maybe I squeezed some kind of artery. Oh well. But hey, I still seem to be in decent shape and I don't get out of breathe from traveling

    Hmmm.... maybe they (Square) weren't sure what game demonstration means? I heard a Lightning Returns demo is on PSN. I oughta check that out.

    I might pick this game up when the price goes down, but I didn't really like the demo.. It sets you out grinding for 5 beast livers, then once you get those, it sets you out grinding like 12 imp something or others at night.. There's 0 gameplay whatsoever, though the art and music is pretty great. But gameplay is important for me so I'm not rushing out to get this one.

    Is this what you mean to say? Usually cohesiveness is how well the themes are used together so that they flow, and it's not jarring when you go from one part to the next. It's not a measurement of epicness.

    I'm gonna go against the grain here and say, I don't really dig indie game music. There's rare occasions, like for Bastion, and Breath of Death VII, where the level of creativity surpasses the standard set forth by most indie games. That's one man's opinion. As for "classic vgm", one could easily say most classic NES music is awful compared to say, the soundtrack. Or Silver Surfer. OR anything by Tim Follin. Just like someone could say, the Call of Duty OST is awful compared to the NIER soundtrack, or choose whatever good modern OST example you wanna think of. I didn't wanna repeat myself from my previous post. Lost Odyssey? To sum up what I'm getting at, technology changed, but the gap is still there. There was a LOT of crap in the old days compared to the few gems, just like there's crap today and gems. To say music was objectively better back then is just wrong. Just like today, a lot was crap, a lot was great. Music hasn't gotten worse. The good stuff got better. The bad stuff sounds better. Win/win. It's all subjective. Too much crying over some dude's opinion.
