I still think that the hardest level by far is the final Lost World level in DKC3. It took me... about 50 lives to beat. I had to hold my controller upside-down. The whole family got into it, and we even handed off the controller to one another from time to time. How's that for epic memories? Fitting way to end the series, I say. As much as I love about the DKC games, I do have to stop and remind myself that DK learned all his tricks from Mario first. It wasn't until DKC2 that the series really started to feel vastly different from Mario, design-wise. I notice a lot of people give DKC3 some flak for some reason... sure, it kinda sucked that both DK and Diddy were nowhere to be found, and the environments weren't exactly inspired, but it had it's moments of genius. The low gravity pipeline The burning rope The jungle conveyor ropes The dark underwater level The level where you had to feed Nibbla or die The level where the bees chased you above water But, of course (and once again!), the best part was probably the music. Sure, DKC2 might have the overall best soundtrack by popular opinion, but DKC3 had some standout awesome tracks too... like the factory theme, anyone? HOW HAS THIS NOT BEEN REMIXED ALEADY? Also, Mama Bird.

From the bottom to the top, I think... Red toaster Purple fridge Green tractor Orange Castform (I know I know, but the "arms" aren't jaggy like Rotom's) Blue ??? I've been staring at these things all day, and the red, green and purple ones definitely belong to Rotom. The orange one could be also, but the style is more consistent with Castform. The blue one has the head spike... but honestly, I just can't tell what the fuck it is. That said, the way I see any Rotom forms going: I think that it's equally as likely that they will be: Electric/Fire Electric/Ice Electric/Grass as Fire/Ghost Ice/Ghost Grass/Ghost But I'm leaning towards the Electric ones, currently. Someone on Smogon thought the blue one might be some kind of washing machine -- being part Water -- and I liked the idea, though the silhouette doesn't seem to suggest such a thing. Either way... electrified floating tractors ftw!! EDIT: the big huge large obvious text on top of the image reads, roughly, "these silhouettes, could the Pokemon they belong to be one body?!," or something less wordy but of that same vein. So there's a good chance they all belong to Rotom.

Now now, Bleck. In a choice between the two versions, I think the choice comes down to two things: I. Do you care about online? If yes, then: A) Do you already pay for Live or would you be willing to? If no, then go with PS3. II. Which controller do you prefer? A) If you get an arcade pad, then it doesn't matter. Personally, if I could get either, I'd get the PS3 version. The D-pad is "better" and Darth Vader is probably a "more fulfilling" character in that a lot of people think Yoda's kinda broken, as he can't be grabbed, ever. BUT I only have a 360 anyway, so for me there is no choice if I ever break down and get this game.

Mitsurugi has been my alt so far, so that's good to hear. He's so much fun to play as, but I like Yoshi's variety better. It's a bummer they nerfed Poseidon Tide Rush, because that move just made you feel like a total badass for getting it off... like Calamity Symphony. I hate Ivy, but I gotta admit, that move is insane.

You know, besides the fact that I love his voice acting and quirky animations, do you know why I chose to play as Yoshimitsu? I got sick of being beaten to a pulp by mid-level Ivy players, and I found that Yoshimitsu could go toe-to-toe with that bitch. I have a serious grudge against Ivy...

So... wingless. Who do you like to play as right now? I've always been a Yoshimitsu kinda guy, myself. Oddly enough, I hate Tekken games despite Yoshimitsu. He's usually a better character in the Soul games anyway.
