As in years past, I'd like to avoid catch-all threads for news coming out of E3. If there's a specific topic you'd like to talk about (PS Vita, Uncharted 3, Halo 4, Nintendo's new system), make a thread for that specific topic. General E3 and general "press conference" threads are a no-go. Thanks.

The Spider-Man franchise needed a reboot.

You are the best person. Man, this game is so good. It's got such a classic feel, and the level design is really good too.

Mega Man round 2 remixes are up.

Match-ups for the Proto Mans are up. Tallies will go up when I get around to it.

Well it's 12:12 and I've got nothing, so I'm lockin' it down at 6 mixes. Voting and doing results right now, but a lot of these are pretty one-sided, so I might call the winners early and do tallies later. Mega Man Round 2 mixes will go up after.

It is foolish to judge a comic book movie in comparison to comic books themselves. The medium of serialized superhero comic book fiction does not lend itself well to a film adaptation that can be both faithful to its source and fiscally successful.

I think the source usage is fine; I don't see this piece as a vehicle for original writing; stylistically and harmonically things stay with it. Fantastic arrangement; great percussion too, some of those fills are really awesome. Love the guitars and the performance throughout. I like it! Tally ho! YES

Great arrangement. Straightforward, but still expands. Not crazy about the synth lead; kind of vanilla. Love the organ stuff at 2:20. Some timing issues on the rhythm guitar, but it's not a dealbreaker. YES

Very nice work. Breakdown helps, but once I refamiliarized myself with the source tunes, had no trouble following. Fantastic sequencing on your part, great part-writing, very cinematic. The dynamics in this piece are very broad and well utilized. Just great. YES
