  1. While I always encourage everyone to vote as early as possible, please remember that voting for Round 4 is open until Tuesday, 6PM EDT, to account for the music going up later than usual. Music for Round 5, however, is still due on Sunday at 6PM EDT.
  2. zeldaqueen at gmail dot com emailed us indicating that she was receiving emails about this, but was not actually involved in this in any way. If you're posting an email address for people to contact you at, make sure it's actually your email address.
  3. Seriously though, I'm honestly bewildered by your choice to have that wobble. What was the reasoning there?
  4. Tallies are up for round 3. Scoreboard is updated. Also, that part in Ben's mix was not clipping.
  5. I'm excited for the expansion, mostly because I just would like more actual story content.
  6. In agreement with other Js. That piano sample is hurting this piece. An arrangement like this is great and demands more expressive sample; the current sample is holding back the performance I think, lending it a really "blocky" quality. NO (resub)
  7. Yeah that's not clipping. It sounds exactly the same as the wave that Ben sent me.
  8. It's cool, I get it. Music is really good this week. Voting goes until Tuesday due to delays.
  9. Music is now officially up with fixed tags. There are a lot of situations where I'll have a preliminary zip file up and then I find errors and overlooked issues in the tags. That's why I don't always immediately publish the link to the music. Now I have to put hashes in the file names to prevent people from trying to get the music before it's officially released. Thanks for that.
  10. Guys. DON'T DO THAT! If I don't publish the link it's not officially up! I still need to fix the tags! Seriously, do NOT go link fishing on my webspace.
  11. Hey guys. I'm at Stevo's right now for Otakon weekend so music will go up tomorrow. Source reveals are as follows. The theme this week is Mega Man Rivals: Here are the Mega Man Killers (music from Mega Man 10): Enker: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxpGwlfZct4 Ballade: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKJPy5YYruY Punk: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y70EJM52htk Also available is Quint's theme from Mega Man II for GB: And Bass & Treble from Mega Man 7: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPvDlm4WFY0
  12. The Stardroids received Dr. Wily's call and have arrived at Earth and effectively performed an orbital bombardment. Disney's Wily Castles are all being destroyed, and the Stardroids are fighting to reclaim them on Wily's behalf. The Robot Masters have returned to Earth from the moon and are taking on the Stardroids themselves.
  13. Lately there've been a lot of questions from a number of teams about team members being able to pick up the slack for their primary artist. Moving forward in the competition, I'd like to relax the restrictions a little bit. While there should still be a primary artist who is conceptualizing the arrangement and doing most of the work (sequencing/performance/production/etc.), if certain circumstances come up that require team members to step in in order to deliver a finished piece, that's fine.
  14. Music is up. Feel free to grab the tunes. Let's try to do a listening party tomorrow in #wcrg. Maybe 9 or 9:15PM?
