So they made this a fighting game because they said whipping the wiimote like a whip for an hour+ of gameplay would be to tiring. They could have just you know... not used the wiimote waggle?

It seems to be a good game. My friend at work told me all about it the other day and how he loves it so much.

It would have been better if it was a title that isn't already out on the 360. At least it's something I guess.

That's why I'm wondering. It's selling, but how long is it going to please people? You already hear the constant gripe of gamers saying that there's hardly any appealing games for the Wii, and all that's coming out is lame party games. When I see things like Wii Fit, Wii Sports and Wii Music, I see those games are something you can just easily pick up and play. That's it. They'll entertain you for maybe 20 mins, and then you're done until the next time you're bored or whatever.

I'm seriously wondering how much longer the Wii is going to last.

I was really hoping he was going to announce an F-Zero title since he mentioned about the tune he was playing was from F-Zero. No talk of Virtual Console games/Wii Ware or another Metroid(I can hope..) :\ The only thing I liked is the 1:1 motion and Animal Crossing Wii.

I like how they're coming out with that 2D platformer Wario game. Nintendo needs to do the same thing with Metroid. Come on Nintendo, you can do it!

Think of this as a "beta". There's not even a release date set, so many things can still be implemented/changed. I remember early Diablo 2 vids sound effects were different than what they are now, and the Barb had a kick ability to knock monsters back. I'm sure it's easy enough for them to add shadows to some monsters.

Omg, why does every game have to be compared to WoW? Are we going as far to now compare games that aren't even an MMO to WoW now? Come on. Besides, we haven't even seen all of the "acts" yet. This is just one area along with the inside of a dungeon. Like Coop said, I doubt Blizzard is going to care one bit about this petition.

SLI is really only for very large resolutions. I don't think it's worth it IMO. You should check out the new 4870 cards from AMD/ATI. They're getting pretty awesome reviews and they are priced very well(around $300). It's performing up there with Nvidia's GTX 280 which is like 2 times the price of the 4870.
