I wondered that, too...as I was being bombarded with stuff while trying to get a door to open. It was terrible. You know those times when you just want to rush through a bunch of rooms without bothering to kill all the enemies? Not really anything you can do about it in MP3...except if you just shoot the door and then turn to fight off the enemies long enough to back through the door when it finally opens...

Did it ever show his ship? I don't remember seeing it.

After watching the cutscene in which Link and Sheik get owned at the well, I'm disappointed in anyone who says Sheik has a deep voice.

I beat it today with 97% or so...and that's just because of using the observatory to find expansions. XP [sort of spoilers...ending scene]That ending scene with Samus remembering all the hunters she killed was destroyed by her awful face design. Seriously, it would have been much more effective with the Prime 1 Samus. I hate them for going for the more cartoony, weird look. Ugh. I mean, she looked better in the Hunters ending. Which is on the fricking DS. >_<

Compared to the other two Leviathan seed thingy bosses (not sure if there are going to be any more, since I'm not done with the game quite yet), that boss is rather irritating. Most of the others are fun. I haven't put in any other disks so far, but once in a while the screen goes all weird for a split second when I go to the Wii menu. And the music sometimes goes a little glitchy, but not often. I dunno. XD Vortex: No idea. I didn't have that problem. And zomg is the Nova beam not the coolest thing ever? It's so pretty. And the battle before getting it...hilarious. I drew the battle out just so I could laugh at the space pirates getting sucked into the machine. The different shooting sound is nice, too. Feels more fluid and stuff.

The Face Shrine is in the list for the Link's Awakening project, but I don't know if they're including stuff from the Southern Face Shrine or not. And there's no guarantee that that project will ever get done. I made a medley of the Wind Fish song, the final boss, and southern face shrine once...a long time ago...of course, it was MIDI... I, too, would like this song to get more attention. I have a bunch of things going on right now, but I might come up with something in the future.

I hate not being able to edit topic titles. XD I'm not really big on vocals in general, but these don't sound bad. Guitar sounds great too. Electric guitar in the chorus would be cool. You should probably kidnap some children for the drums, as well. I dunno, I could see some spanishy percussion working in the verses, with some more traditional stuff for the chorus. But that's just me. Mind you, I don't know what exactly you're planning for the chorus, but yeah. Electric guitar + more drums would mix things up there. Could you release two versions of this song? One with vocals and one without? It's so pretty. :3

Mememe. I tried advanced as well, and I couldn't stand how the screen moved every time I moved the cursor like a pixel to the side. I think I'll be done with Bryyo soon (but who knows, really). I'm on my way to the second major objective there. The environment is so pretty... BRYYO MISSILE UPGRADE SPOILER Got the ice missile, noticed the sound Samus made when shooting it in the cutscene, and was like "what the heck? A missile?" Grr. I likes my ice beam. As soon as I got past all the stuff shown in previous demos, I started feeling sick and had to go eat. But yeah, I'll be getting back to that soon. Music is great so far...but did anyone else have a weird glitchy thing happen in Norion (I think)? The music went all skippy and stuff. I don't know... The music/everything on the next planet makes me happy. Oh, and I promise not to post spoilers or anything like that in here. Hopefully others will do the same.

My EBGames is basically guaranteed not to have a game until a day after the release date, so...no surprise for me, really. I'm kind of glad...I have a buttload of homework to get started on. If I get enough done tonight, I'll be able to spend more time with MP3 later this week.

Well, you're right about one thing...there is definitely less than a day left. If anything pops out at you in the future, don't hesitate to join in. We haves fun and cookies for everyone.

Aahhh. If I can do it, it shouldn't be too hard for anyone. XD Do you think we'd get better turnouts if we switched to a monthly system like some of the other competitions? I dunno, I think people would feel more at ease that way, and they'd have more time to come up with ideas. If we have several more of these dead weeks, that might be a good move...Just a thought. Looking back at earlier PRCs, there were a ton of entries. We haven't gotten over four for a while...maybe people are bored with the concept? Meh. I think it's a cool way to get games more recognition. Edit: Especially now that school's starting...for those of us that still go to school. Ick.

I think it's something related to the fact that I'm centrally involved in this round. I have this on-and-off curse thing, you see. People just run away when they see my username. Or maybe it has to do with school starting in various places. I dunno...I thought this would be an easy source for people to remix.

I'm kind of glad we're not being mixed in with the community board anymore. It just makes things harder to find, and nobody really paid any more attention to the competitions anyway.

As the title suggests, this remix is based on chapter 3 of Paper Mario. Forever Forest is the main source tune, but the Tubba Blubba battle theme also makes an appearance. Gutsy Ghost (I would use tindeck but for some reason it just won't upload there...) ---------- Tubba Blubba is a big problem for the Boo Village at the base of Gusty Gulch. It is a peaceful day in the village when all of a sudden, Tubba Blubba comes down from his castle to gobble up every Boo in sight. One Boo decides he's had enough, and he marches heroically up to the fortress. After managing to get past all the guards, the Boo encounters Tubba Blubba on the top floor. But...oh no! Tubba Blubba is invincible! The Boo is barely staying alive, when suddenly...Tubba Blubba's bedroom door opens. A large reddish blob is resting in the door's frame. "Hey, Tubby, you said you were getting me tha-ohcrap." The door slams shut, but the Boo has seen enough. He whooshes through the door and starts slapping the poor heart silly. Well...yeah. Then everyone is happy again. :3 ------- Suggestions are good. And if you think you can do better, enter this week's PRC! If you're too terrible to beat even this, just enter anyway. We like contestants, and I'm just the bonus mix, so you won't even have to go against me anyway.

With any luck I'll be putting up my bonus mix in the WIP forums tomorrow (my last day before school starts, eep). Maybe I'll be able to draw in some people, who knows.
